Never received my package.
Dec update- I have put another review but I want to update this one too. After filing a complaint with them they kept giving me dates to wait for a reply from them. Finally when I called them after one of these dates (in October) suddenly I get a mail from this person Eva with a letter stating that they cannot offer me a replacement or a refund as they had delivered the parcel intact with my order. This was so unhelpful as I never received anything at all. They have robbed me of my hard earned money. I was starting to invest what little I had saved but seems like these people have even taken that from me and are not even offering a proper investigation and replacement. This is so stressful because at the end I am left with no money and no items that I order.
January update- I was contacted by bullion by post and finally they have refunded my money.

Received my small miniature Chinese gold It is so small that I could not handle it. I am very disappointed and don't recommend Bullion By Post to any body. I was never made aware that what I was purchasing was tiny just a waste of money. I got caught and advise others to visit reputable gold dealers Don't be disappointed like me and my grandson

Your website says bullion by post Ireland. After buying I then realised its not in Ireland but the UK and gets send to France to come to Ireland!!
