Excellent estate agents. The whole process from viewings to the purchase of my new home was so easy. Communication was excellent, very fast and efficient. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful along the way. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

Lovely people
Lovely people, very efficient and kept me constantly informed of viewings with feedback. Had multiple offers, everything went smoothly with constant updates on the progress until completion. Nothing is too much trouble for them 5 stars is not high enough, brilliant experience, well done

Finding the right one makes a big difference
After 2 failed attempts with other agents we went to Burgess Bexhill and I can honestly say it has been a totally different experience (for the better)
They gave honest opinions from the start and kept us informed every step of the way .
From the viewings right through to the sale.
Each member of their team that I spoke with were friendly ,polite and well informed regarding the sale.
I would highly recommend Burgess as a definate go to.

Used Burgess for an Executors Sale
Used Burgess for an Executors Sale in Bexhill. They were professional and provided a sensible valuation. Whilst we were still awaiting Probate they showed a few potential buyers around, those who were not pushing for a quick purchase. The second viewing secured a purchaser, which went relatively smoothly to completion. Communication was good throughout the process.
