I ordered a biking helmet
I ordered a biking helmet. As I was awaiting its delivery I received an email that my order had been canceled by me. But I had not canceled the order. I did get my money refunded though.

Highly recommended seller!
Even though they had run out of the flashlight I wanted, I still highly recommend. Customer Service was fast and responsive. I received a refund the very next day. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

NO PACKAGE shipment NO Communications of when they will ship!!!
I bought the item a few days ago and still NO email confirmation if its been shipped! Sent emails a few times and had NO response! I bought thru Paypal and will soon open a dispute. BEWARE of this site! I would NOT do another business with this company. POOR communications and VERY POOR package confirmation of shipment. Wipp leave you thinking if this was a scam or if its just a bogus busniess! Very poor customer service!!!

I have not received the product and ordered it over a month ago. I contacted the company and was told it’s the Chinese New Year and someone will be in touch soon. That was over a week ago. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Demora na postagem depois do pagamento e mesmo depois de 3 tentativas de comunicação não tive nenhuma resposta. Na última vez que procurei contato avisei que iria cancelar o pedido e me mandaram um e-mail com o código da postagem que acabavam de fazer. Não pretendo mais comprar desse vendedor.

thank you for sharing your feedback , in fact your review is a bit unfair for us , we shipped your order on Monday ( which is within what we wrote 2-4 business days processing time ) please bear in mind that Saturday and Sunday are days off in our warehouse in China , once we got tracking number from our shipper ( usually next business day ) we updated you via email with tracking number which was Tuesday ( the next day after we emailed you before ) ... so we don't really see the issue and the reason for the negative feedback .
However if you would like to cancel or change your order please contact our customer service to help you with any issues .

The kit is good, although It did not come with instructions or manual on paper, there is a CD/DVD but I don't have CD/DVD player on my computers. The customer support did a good job responding promptly with the instructions papers.
