A bunch of crooks
A bunch of crooks that sign you up for subscription so that they can automatically charge your card. They delay canceling subscriptions claiming that the account is being reviewed so that additional shipments can be sent. Overall, a bad experience with customer service.
Glide was very supportive

The bottle of castor oil was so small and filled to about 2/3 full.
Very disappointed due to the price.

Customer service was friendly and offered an optional discount of 15% on the order. That was unexpected and appreciated. I gave a 4-star review because the company did not send me a warning that the subscription order was upcoming. I could have cancelled the subscription and avoided all of this trouble.
Also, the product is not worth the price. It was only a 6-8 oz bottle. You can get quality caster oil for much less on Amazon.

Nice experience..Well first of all they seem to really care that you're happy with the purchase. They also realized that I did not really want to be on thlerr monthly list. So Anna went to work and gave me an offer I can't refuse! And I'm happy with that offer !

auto ship
I ordered thinking it was organic Castor Oil but it does have a scent, the ingredients don't show fragrance.
Now I'm concerned about the castor oil quality.
the wrap is way too heavy,not practical.
The Castor Oil is over priced.
Is it true the product is from China?
Amazon is a lot less money.
I also was auto- charged, I did not know they had that on the 1st order.
I would like to return the 1st order.
I sent several emails & have not heard back as yet.
I will have to contact my credit card company.
this has discouraged me from ordering online.
Automatically charging is no way to build trust.
I hope to hear back soon from Tavio customer service so my credit card Does Not get charged again.

I would rate 0 if I can, this seller Tavio is a scam,beware!!! Do not buy. they will put you on a subscription without knowing once you purchased from their “on sale oil“then months later they charge automatic payment from your credit card to the oill you never purchased. It happened to me last night and have locked my credit card, Tomorrow I will need to contact my bank to this scam!! Ashamed this happened to me before but I never learn.
These business claim from USA, oil shipped from China and this caster oil has scent on it and nothing like the real one,
I have them here not used as actually I just recovered from terrible allergic reaction from it…in my face and skin all over me caused by this oil.
So I am very angry right now that this scam just took money from my credit card!!!!

I ordered a castor oil & wrap bundle which is fine. I’ve just been charged again for a new order which I never requested. Im so sick of these sites adding you to subscriptions you’ve never requested.

I ordered two bottle of castle oil two months ago. No subscription at all. And then I get a notice of another two bottles coming at a dearer price which I never ordered. I have sent lots of emails messages but no reply. I will never use these people again. Not happy.
How to cancel
I have received an email about an order being shipped because of a subscription, I did not sign up for a subscription. I like to buy product as I need and not on a subscription. The website has me going in circles with emails trying to cancel subscription. No one has replied to me. I guess the next step will be to call bank and block. Does anyone have a phone number where I can speak to an actual person?
