I ordered thinking it was organic Castor Oil but it does have a scent, the ingredients don't show fragrance.
Now I'm concerned about the castor oil quality.
the wrap is way too heavy,not practical.
The Castor Oil is over priced.
Is it true the product is from China?
Amazon is a lot less money.
I also was auto- charged, I did not know they had that on the 1st order.
I would like to return the 1st order.
I sent several emails & have not heard back as yet.
I will have to contact my credit card company.
this has discouraged me from ordering online.
Automatically charging is no way to build trust.
I hope to hear back soon from Tavio customer service so my credit card Does Not get charged again.

I ordered a castor oil & wrap bundle which is fine. I’ve just been charged again for a new order which I never requested. Im so sick of these sites adding you to subscriptions you’ve never requested.

I ordered two bottle of castle oil two months ago. No subscription at all. And then I get a notice of another two bottles coming at a dearer price which I never ordered. I have sent lots of emails messages but no reply. I will never use these people again. Not happy.

I have received an email about an order being shipped because of a subscription, I did not sign up for a subscription. I like to buy product as I need and not on a subscription. The website has me going in circles with emails trying to cancel subscription. No one has replied to me. I guess the next step will be to call bank and block. Does anyone have a phone number where I can speak to an actual person?

COMPLETE SCAM
They set you up on an automatic subscription and now no one answers my emails!!! When i was inquiring before purchasing they answered right away and asked for a review before it even came in and thats how i knew something was weird....
I got charged 114 bucks for new oil thats not even organic!! it smells so fruity .. this is not organic !
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered castor oil a few months ago (no complaints about that one) but today I got an email thanking me for an order which I not make. Waiting for their email reply. This is unacceptable. I’ve had a similar experience with another company recently. This is a growing scam.Added update: Got a reply the following day. I’m pleased with the reply email from Steph the day after I emailed them and my order has been canceled and a refund is in the way. 5 stars for Steph!

Bought a wrap and caster oil bottle. It arrived THREE months later. Thought that was the end. But now they’ve set me up with a monthly subscription supply of a small bottle of caster oil. The price for this is astronomical, AND this is a fraudulent order not requested nor authorised by me, Beware of this scam - it’s widespread.
Update;
Despite my demanding that this fraudulent transaction be cancelled BuyTavio have ignored it and shipped the item. MASSIVE FRAUD - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR ITS DELIVERY AGENT SHOPIFY.
Update 2:
BuyTavio have deliberately failed to respond to the fraudulent order. My bank account now shows payment has been made. I repeat that this order was not generated by me. Now I have to freeze my credit card and get a replacement. This will cause massive disruption to automated online payments and I will have to go through them and update them with a new account number. In all of my decades of online purchases I have never had an unauthorised order and payment as bad as this one. BuyTavio and Shopify are the very worst I have ever experienced. BOTH ARE GUILTY OF MASSIVE FRAUD. AVOID THEM BOTH LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I am only giving two stars because of their dishonest subscription service. I do not recall ever seeing anything when I ordered that this is a subscription. $40 for a small bottle of castor oil seems expensive to me. They have ignored my emails so far. I also ordered their castor oil pack but it is heavy and bulky and I only was able to wear it to bed one night.
Update: I received a response via Trustpilot that they were going to credit me my subscription order. Today I received an email saying that they couldn't credit my order. Not sure what to believe?
Update 2: I sent Louren a screen shot of their original response and he has refunded me the full amount. Thank you Louren!

I ordered many products on Feb 15 and haven’t received them yet . Mitch is useless and the tracking number they gave me was stolen from USPS . I checked with the post office and the package I ordered was more than 3 ounces and that was the tracking number they gave me . This is a foreign company and they scam people !!! RUN donot order this product !! I have taken this up with my credit card company and they will

My original order arrived but the bottle of castor oil was broken.
I alerted Tavio and I have now received a replacement bottle.
Tavio and Mitch in particular were very pleasant to deal with.
