Les points positifs : La couleur des articles que j’ai commandé est jolie, la coupe est bien ample et ne laisse pas paraître les formes.
Les points négatifs : Je suis assez mitigée en ce qui concerne la qualité du produit. Malheureusement j’ai taché d’huile l’un des deux hauts que j’avais commandé, les tâches sont parties au lavage néanmoins le tissu a changé de forme au niveau des endroits anciennement tachés… Et la politique de remboursement des produits du jamais vu… Les frais de renvoi à la charge du client, et lorsque l’on achète des articles « en lot » si on souhaite ne renvoyer que quelques articles (pas le lot en entier) les articles gardés vous sont facturés au prix normal (hors lot). Franchement j’avais jamais vu ça très dissuasif… (c’était pourtant écrit dans les conditions et j’aurais du regarder, mais honnêtement en 2025 on ne penserait pas que ces pratiques se font encore…). Pour le coup je ne re-commanderai pas ni ne recommanderai… Mais bon qui sait la marque tiendra peut-être compte de ces axes d’amélioration.

If you had emailed us and mentioned that the fabric changed shape after washing, we absolutely would have sent you a new item — as our products are made with high-quality materials and this is not something we usually experience. However, in your message you only requested a return without giving any reason, so we were unaware of the issue.
Regarding return shipping costs: we are a small brand and unfortunately cannot cover return shipping like large companies do. This is a common policy among many businesses.
As for the discounted bundle: the offer is based on purchasing a full set of items. When part of a bundle is returned, the discount no longer applies, which is also a standard practice in many online stores.
We always encourage customers to reach out to us directly had we received an email from you about your concerns, we definitely would have worked with you to find a solution. We hope you might give us another chance in the future, in sha Allah.

Finally, Modest Sportswear That Works!
I discovered ByNorah by chance on Instagram, and was immediately drawn to the brand’s stylish and modest designs. I go to the gym regularly, and I’ve always struggled to find comfortable activewear that’s also hijab-friendly.
Since I wasn’t familiar with the brand at first, I had a few doubts. But every time I reached out via Instagram, I got quick and kind responses. Their polite communication, return policy, and overall customer service really made me feel confident in ordering.
I absolutely love the tunics—they make me feel super comfortable and effortlessly cool. The pants are so light and easy to move in. I genuinely recommend this brand to anyone looking for modest and functional sportswear. Can’t wait to see what new pieces ByNorah will launch next!

En tant que voilée, j’ai tjrs eu du mal à trouver une tenues de sport ample, assez longue, confortable et surtout, joli à porter ! J’ai trouvée tout ce qu’il me fallait chez ByNorah. J’ai achetée le bundle deux hauts et un bas et je suis très contente et satisfaite. Les tenues sont magnifiques, les couleurs également. Je vous conseil x10000
Un très bon conseil pour choisir votre taille, prenez votre taille de base ! C’est déjà ample, je fais du M/L en tant normal, j’ai commandé du S/M et c’est vraiment génial la taille, elle vient bien large sans faire sac à patate

Habe nichts erhalten
Ich habe am 12. Mai 2025 bei BYNORAH bestellt und bis heute (Stand: Juni) keine Lieferung erhalten.
Laut DHL wurde das Paket angeblich am 28. Mai zugestellt, bei mir ist jedoch nie etwas angekommen und ich habe keine Benachrichtigung erhalten.
Noch schlimmer: Ich habe von BYNORAH erst Tage später eine Sendungsnummer bekommen, als es angeblich schon zu spät war.
Der Kundenservice schiebt mir die Verantwortung zu, ich solle mich selbst mit DHL auseinandersetzen, obwohl ich bei ihnen gekauft habe.
Auch PayPal wurde erst nach meiner Beschwerde nachträglich über einen angeblichen Versand informiert.
Für mich wirkt das alles wie eine bewusste Verzögerungstaktik, um die Rückerstattung zu umgehen.

Unfortunately, there was a delay from the couriers side that affected several of our shipments. As soon as we received the tracking info from DHL, we shared it with you. At that point, the tracking showed the parcel had already been delivered on May 28.
We also sent an email to all customers regarding the delay, and we have confirmation that this email was opened. We kindly asked you to contact DHL to clarify the delivery status, as they confirmed it was successfully delivered. Without a failed delivery scan, we are unable to proceed with a refund.
Please know this is not an attempt to avoid responsibility — we value every customer and do our best to support each case fairly. If there’s any new update from DHL or additional info you’d like to share, we’re more than happy to look into it again.

If I could give unlimited stars I would!
If I could give more stars I would! Not only are the products perfect, the fabric feels nice, the stitching looks great, the prices are affordable, but also the service is a 10/10! I had some questions about the sizing, and I got an immediate reply through Instagram DM. Not only did I get thorough answers to my questions, but also additional information which I didn’t know I needed! The owner owns this shop with her heart. And that made my experience twice as special. This is the first affordable shop I found with hijaabproof clothes, customized to your shape and length. And it doesn’t cost you a mortgage. I love it and I’ll be back!

Nothing to complain about
Shipping was really fast even though I’m in another country. Prices are absolutely fine, especially with the sale. The product was super comfortable, fitted well and I didn't feel hot at all during sports. The support was also super nice when I wrote an E-Mail. They answered within 10 minutes. I can definitely recommend this shop. I hope some new colors will come out. I will definitely order again.
