Scammers with unrealistic odds and a 2nd casino that fuels cesars with cash I'm done playing here.
I owe Caesars an apology
I owe Caesars an apology. I didnt enjoy my time at Caesar’s. The bit bosses were watching everything to prevent cheating and weren’t too friendly. The deal focused on the cards and wagered and didn’t care my drink was empty. When I won something g I received chips which were easily the changed for cash.
I didn’t feel entertained. I then realized if I wanted happy parties and cartoon conversations I should go to the adjacent M and M store. If I want to gamble and have a secure atmosphere where you feel happy and classy, Caesar’s is the place
I have played lightning Keno for 1 year…
I have played lightning Keno for 1 year at this online casino. They took the game away so I played lightning box Keno, every time I got inside the bonus round which is the only way you can really make any money on this game, it would tell me to log out for inactivity as I'm sitting there winning money for the first time after losing hundreds of dollars it starts paying. This happened to me multiple times. Who knows how much I could have won it's very frustrating. So I went to Cleopatra Keno and again when I got the 12 free spin which doubles the wins during those 12 spins same thing happened again. I played regular Keno I think it's called power keno and absolutely no issues because they don't have these kind of rounds. And of course they don't pay any money either. So when I was using a AI generated customer service agent they did not help me so they connected me to a live agent. This was even more frustrating than the way the casino was treating me. The first agent as I was answering the question they disconnected and said that I took too long and the agent left. So I had to start the process all over again this time I was giving very quick and short sentences using voice recognition and sending them quickly letting them know that I did not want to be thrown out for an activity again. Bottom line they blamed my phone they blamed my devices they blame my Wi-Fi they started throwing these numbers at me and codes at me which meant
absolutely nothing to me. It was quite insulting, the customer service was worse than the actual casino. Because these casino games are computer games correct and they are built by computers so you have no chance of really winning it's just donating money. I chose to do that yes but they were clearly robbing me every time I started to make money I was knocked out of the casino. But on the other games these little penny spin games I played for hours without any problem. They did not want to hear that they continue to blame me and tried to confuse me with stupid numbers and codes. I would not put a dime in this casino I would not walk in their doors I would not visit any of their facilities. If I were you I would run from Caesars they are in hot water and they are trying to take advantage of everyone they can in my opinion. My recommendation find another place do not use them if you want to experience these kinds of idiotic and disturbing attitudes from their customer service. I don't think they know what customer service means. I've worked in the hospitality industry for three decades and two decades in the casino so I know very well how guest should be treated. Whether they were going to refund any money was not the point. It would have been nice to give me a little credit for their mistakes or their casino failure yes, but to treat me the way they did when I tried to let them know that is not acceptable. I believe that we have a very rude generation in front of us. And I hate to blame a whole generation for Caesars misunderstanding on what customer service is supposed to mean. It's right in the title you service your customers You don't insult your customers that's not customer insultants. Run far away! Read the guideline
They use ghetto dealers From Evolution…
They use ghetto dealers From Evolution to deal their games. The advertise 88 to one payoffs which never show up. You can make over $500,000 worth of bets and never get any kind of free play money. They block your chat and don't tell you why or who did it. The casino is in a run-down town and they will be going out of business with Bally's and both of them will be holding hands. Definitely a rat hole. The on line experience is horrible.
Legit stole $50
Legit stole $50. The most fraudulent casino ever. Not the house always wins. This house steals.
I dont know what happened but they went…
I dont know what happened but they went down for maintenance to do whatever they did to this sight! Should be criminal the way you won here . I have for 2 weeks won 40 dollars on my daily picks and have had to play gor hours to get a dime which means your broke first.Wow it's really bad. Im over it all!!!
They are the worst
They are the worst, let’s say you deposit 25$ and it gives you 10$ bonus for a specific game, then you are only able to play that game they gave you the 10$ bonus for, then if you cancel it, hoping to play all the games, it takes all your money, and they say oh well. They do that on purpose so just watch. You barely win on the app, I get a sense they are hard up for money.
If I could give negative five stars I…
If I could give negative five stars I would. This app is absolutely horrible!!! DO not play! You’re guaranteed to Lose!!!
If you enjoy the thrill of watching…
If you enjoy the thrill of watching your money vanish at the speed of light but want to wait an eternity to see a single dime of your winnings, Caesars Sportsbook is the place for you. They have mastered the art of the one-way street: their "deposit" button works flawlessly in milliseconds, but their "withdraw" button seems to be connected to a dial-up modem in a basement from 1995.
The "Scam-Adjacent" Experience:
• The Lightning-Fast Loss: The second a bet loses, the balance updates instantly. It’s impressive, really. They have the technology to track your money down to the microsecond when it’s going into their pockets.
• The Perpetual "Processing" Purgatory: Win a bet? Suddenly, the high-tech system breaks down. You’ll be met with "Pending," "Reviewing," or "Processing" for days on end. It feels less like a regulated sportsbook and more like a shady street hustle where the guy disappears the moment he owes you money.
• The Verification Runaround: Oh, you want your $200? Please provide a photo of yourself holding today's newspaper, a utility bill from three houses ago, and your third-grade report card. It’s a classic stalling tactic designed to make you give up or—better yet for them—cancel the withdrawal and lose it back to them.
Customer Support? Non-Existent.
If you try to ask where your money is, good luck. You’ll be stuck in a "Live Chat" queue behind 400 other people, only to be told by a bot or a disinterested agent that "Standard processing time is 72 hours," which then turns into a week, which then turns into "We’ve escalated this to the internal team."
The Verdict: Caesars operates like a professional scam artist—charming and efficient when taking your cash, but suddenly "busy" and "confused" when it's time to pay up. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a book that actually respects its players.
Really don't waste your money here
Really don't waste your money here, if you do deff don't opt in the promotions they might look nice at first but trying to reach the 20x wager requirement deff isn't, did a blackjack deposit 50$ get 50$ and these greedy mfs expect you to wager about 10 grand to unlock a 50$ Bonus idk what kinda crack these people are smoking but their out or their minds... 50$ x 20 =1000 but sense it's blackjack only 20% of your bet counts towards the wager requirement.. they do have a decent selection of games but don't worry if you get lucky enough to be doing ok they'll make sure the game starts lagging, having verification issues along with the app randomly just freezing make you have to restart it
I made over $600,000 in bets and they…
I made over $600,000 in bets and they don't even offer any type of free play for being a loyal customer. When you play Slots you never even see the major come through so how you ever you're going to hit it? It can't be done. The CEO and upper management are not interested in losing all their business. They will go bankrupt like Bally's in Atlantic City. They put these casinos in horrible towns because the property is cheap. You're better off Borgata hard rock or ocean plus MGM. If I spent $600,000 in any casino I would at least get some kind of free play or a meal or a room they give me nothing. I can't wait till they go broke I called it for Garden State race track and Freehold and I was right on both. Bally's and Caesars are next Mark those words
I have been self excluded in this…

I’d leave 0 stars if I could
I’d leave 0 stars if I could. These people are criminals. Don’t spend a penny here. They do not care how much they take from you. You will think you are due. Well you are but they don’t care. You will always lose. Stay away, worst of the worst. And good luck with customer service. They say the same thing over and over. Trash help. And bonuses and rewards. Forget about it. They flat out do not care and want to absorb every penny from you as quick as possible!
It’s fair
Caesar’s Online Casino offers a solid and recognizable platform with a good selection of games and a clean, easy-to-use interface. The brand name adds a sense of familiarity, and the site runs smoothly overall. While there’s room for improvement in a few areas, it provides a decent experience and is a reasonable option for casual online casino players.
The Caesars pick and win is absolutely…
The Caesars pick and win is absolutely rigged. I had 6/7 gold coins for several weeks in a row, but this week I got 6 the first 2 days. That left 5 days to find 1 gold coin and I got all pinks every day. This happens all the time. Trash is what it is.
Horrible app
Horrible app, horrible payback and horrible host (Francesca Barone). They have zero clue what they are doing, rude to players the times they respond, but most times they just ignore you. Embarrassing
This app is so bad!
This app is so bad! Don’t even let you play..just a straight money grab!! Stay away from this scam!
Sign up bonus scam
I registered and I never received the $10 sign up bonus for the 2500 reward credits after depositing money and playing through the required monies. I contacted the customer support twice I even had someone call me and basically the first time they said I had to opt into it which you don't have to the second time they told me that I had to select it after I registered which you don't have to and when they called me they said that it had expired which I don't think it does cuz you get it as soon as you sign up and basically $25 $35 is a little too much for this company business casino to afford to make right a simple mishap so now I write this review in hopes that others will pay attention and be a little bit more proactive when signing up or just avoiding this casino altogether.
Terrible for RTP
