I’ve been using Caesars for awhile and almost reached Diamond tier but recently got my account suspended while I was still using the app. When I contacted support, they told me they were not able to give me further information and I would have to contact my bank. Contact my bank for what? Customer support in the chat was rude and gave me no time to respond. She ended the chat when I was about to reply back. Never would have expected this from Caesars especially when I’ve been using their sportbook for awhile. I still have funds in my account and asked if I can at least cash out the money in my account while I wait to get my account back up and running but they refused to let me cash out and I can’t log back in. If you are going to lock someone out, at least let them get their funds that’s still in the account. The game ultimately went under 27, suggesting that the AI have intentionally blocked my initial pick, winning bet, forcing me to choose a different number.

I opted into a casino offer for deposit $50 get $20. Generally for casino bonus offers I've used the if there is a specific required wager amount it is specified in terms and conditions. Now where in the terms and conditions did it say what the play through requirement would be for this offer. I only had a percentage bar.
