I played with a number of major online casinos and this is by far the worst... first, when you take the option of bonus money they combine both the deposited money and bonus money as just bonus money. I put 100 dollars in and from the start I couldn't play certain games cause it was bonus money.. ONLY MAJOR ONLINE CASINO TO DO THIS. SECOND, I bought 2 100$ bonus slot play and both times it took 100 dollars and never took to the bonus round!! I call and the lady gave me a bull excuse because part of the money was bonus. 3 months later i found it was I lie. I called got a apologized and untold they would look into it. I supplied proof of screen shots of the transaction. They sent me a email saying sorry there nothing they can do. ! That's it no reasons or excuse. Listen do whatever but if you want to play online with a casino that has good REAL BONUS MONEY and won't Rob you and basically say there's nothing you can do to get it back don't play there. Couple of months ago I made a deposit of 50.00 they declined it for no reason and no explanation. I never did get that money back in my bank and no one knows where it is. After a couple of months I thought I would try again. I deposited another 50.00 and it has been pending for many hours. I have to call Francis again tomorrow to see what’s up. He said i must wait 24 hours for something to be done. This is my last time to play on the site. I’m out 100.00 now and didn’t even get to play.

Idk about scams but I can tell you right now that support for EVERY Caesars owned casino is completely unhelpful and will not read what you say.

They use play+ as a method to withdraw and deposit. However there are TWO different play+ accounts for Caesars. Caesars sportsbook and casino play+ to Caesars online play+. Some force you to sign up for one while others sign up for the 2nd. Tropicana uses Caesars online play+ and Caesars Main Casino uses Caesars sportsbook and casino play+. NEITHER CASINO KNOWS THIS. I tried to explain it to them and they continued to copy paste responses. One says it should work on all Caesars Palace casinos while Play+ support claims they are totally different accounts. Tropicana will be getting the same review since they said they had 0 information about it when they specifically send you to the "old" caesars play+ upon sign up. Absolutely the worst support I have ever experienced.

Scam everything everyone is saying. Its been 4 days and im still waiting on my refund back. The agents sound like a scam and keep giving me the run around and same directions. I was told that because I used apple pay to deposit I had to reload money with my card. Reloaded with my actual debit card and now I cant withdraw anything. I keep being told they are unable to verify my account on the withdrawal page but the deposit page looks perfect, no isses seeing my card there. I would insert screenshots of emails between me and support and errors I get when I try to withdraw.

Promos are misleading and probably criminal.

They say you get a promo with your deposit, but losses come from your cash and winnings go to your bonus account and you cannot get your winnings back (unless you meet all the requirements of the promo, say 5 times bet through). Other gambling sites have the winnings go back to cash and you can take that out at any time and just earn the promo if you meet the requirements.

First, actually talking to someone sucks. Make sure whatever problem you have, screenshot it first. They will ask. Second, i only play 2 games. Third, i do win. Fourth, i lose more than i win. Fifth, the deposit match started ok when i first started playing. I could withdraw it. Now for some reason, can’t withdraw it. I mean all i won using deposit match. One would think if they gave you 40 match and you play 40 and lose it, you can take your winnings you have left. Nope. They put it all in. Can’t get it. I won 400. Imagine my surprise when i couldn’t withdraw it. I wasnt going to let it sit so i max betted it all until it was gone. And to my non surprise i never got one bonus or win. Anything good about it? Caesar's stands out BY FAR as the stingiest. And don't bother ever doing their deposit match. You will lose all your money before what seems like an easy playthrough (5x) every single time.

Very poor customer service. If you get Carlos on the live chat, you may as well disconnect. As I completed play through requirements on a bonus the game errored. I reloaded upwards of 20x and it continued. Reported it and when someone FINALLY listened it then took all day to fix it. However my bet amount was changed from 80 cents to 20 cents and they didn't pay. They also never responded to say it was fixed and I cannot access my transaction history to prove what my but was. I've gotten zero response. Being a loyal customer is not important to these guys and I'll take my money elsewhere. They really do not care at all. I had a issue with the promotions. Contacted them and spoke to a "escalations specialist " Ryan. Very pompous and rude. Said I was a liar. I sent pictures to him an he grew even more ignorant. So as far as games go and promotions I liked this casino the best I unfortunately can no longer use this app because I cashed out for $20.09 and never got my money and they're telling me that I have to wait 3 weeks before they'll do anything about it. And their solution will be to put the money back in my account. As far as I'm concerned that's no solution at all because if I'm going to have my money tied up for 3 weeks I would be charging anybody interest on it.
