Cafepod people are always helpful and cheery, as well as being efficient. I have been having my coffee delivered by them for about three years, with no problems with delivery, billing, or indeed anything else.
I like the facility for opting out of next month's delivery, if my stock has built up. Also I like the fact that a phone call is always answered without too much delay.

I absolutely love your coffee. The best pods I’ve found for my Nespresso machine. Even my Dad, a self-confessed coffee snob with far greater resources than I have, loves the supercharger coffee and requests it whenever he comes over.

The outer packaging was damaged (you can see this in the 'etsy' delivery photo. So much on one side that three of the product cartons were also damaged, luckily none were lost (though I did think it wise to count them)

Great Coffee, & excellent customer service. Just a shame they have started using Evri for delivery, had two deliveries via them with problems both times. Several years of Royal Mail delivery with no issues.
