Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing

Wish I could comment on the quality of the product, but I can't, because my order was made over 1 month ago and I am yet to receive it. Sent one initial email after 10 days of waiting and was told about delays due to high demand post Black Friday. Have sent further emails since then without any reply. Now off to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered for my SEND child in mid November. No product received. Similar contact about them cancelling product but still no refund. Taking down comments and blocking on social media.

To all previous reviewers- Please report to trading standards to get this company investigated and shut down!!
They have took all our money under such disgusting circumstances..this product is mainly aimed at people with SEND.

Order not fulfilled. No response to my emails and no way of getting a refund. They have a fake trust pilot score on their website and so have reported them. AVOID!

Avoid if you want to receive your product!

Ordered a blanket on 11th November, still waiting on 17th December. Fobbed off with various emails about delays and even regarding my request for a refund, and now radio silence. Extremely disappointed - company is taking advantage of those with the need for products like this. :-(

Never Turned Up

Ordered on 6th November and told it would be delivered within 3-5 days, after a week I hadn’t had a single update since the confirmation email so contacted customer services asking when I was likely to receive it and was told 7 working days from then, still not heard anything after another 2 weeks, have attempted to cancel the order entirely last week and just got a generic “we’ll see what we can do” response, again with no further updates, honestly just an absolute shambles

Disappointing for my 6 year olds with additional needs

I ordered 2 kids bamboo weighted blankets. As other reviews have said, no blankets arrived. No response to email asking for an update. Hard to understand why the offer is still live on their site when they clearly can’t fulfil the orders. Avoid. I really hope the reviews make the company sort this out. I expect many people ordering, like myself, have vulnerable kids with additional needs, and parents under a lot of pressure. Really not cool.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke, I’d give zero stars if I could. Same old rubbish, warehouse issues, order prepared for dispatch.
5 weeks have now passed. No blanket, unable to cancel or get a refund and emails going unanswered.

After pushing they have sent me a Royal Mail tracking ref but guess what, 3 days have passed and it’s still not in transit.

Seek refunds from your card company ASAP.

How they ever thought they could pull off calming blankets uk when they are based in Adelaide Australia is beyond me.

Updated: Similar experience to recent reviews

UPDATE
50 days after paying for a blanket it has now arrived. It’s clear that the company was inundated and unable to fulfil so many orders. I hope they are able to resolve their supply chain in the long term, because despite an annoying customer experience the blanket itself is fabulous.

Similar experience to recent reviews. I think that that as a small business previously able to handle order volumes, they were not expecting a significant increase in orders (sale prices were attractive) and are simply not able to scale their supply chain. They need to read these reviews, stop taking orders until they have cleared their backlog, sort out their supply chain and understand the importance of honesty in customer service. I fully support small businesses, but they won’t be in business for much longer unless they take decisive action now. They’ve had my money for 47 days. In the UK they are in contravention of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1 month later, still not arrived

I placed my order on the 4th November and have emailed several times since to try to ascertain where it is. I've still not received it and keep being told simply that it'll be 7 business days from the day I receive their response. Well, that's not happened, and I'm really not feeling very calm about it.

Same issue as everyone else, ordered at the start of November for someone’s birthday, received the spare cover after over a week, then another 2 weeks later, no sign of the blanket. Customer service unhelpful, going to cancel and refund now.

Shocking Customer Service. Money taken but no product after a month

Shocking Customer Service. Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered my blanket on 1st November and like other reviewers my order still hasn't been processed or despatched. I have sent multiple emails, which were originally answered but are now ignored. The company said that they were "overwhelmed with orders" and should expect an additional 7 days to their usual 72 hours ...4 weeks ago! Despite the "overwhelm" at the beginning of November I still saw the adverts and the offer being ran for the whole of December.
Am now asking for a refund as I have found a blanket with someone who will fulfil the order, but am getting no response. I will shortly be reporting the purchase as fraudulent to my credit card company.

Avoid - Sketchy handling and waiting 5+ weeks with no word on delivery

I ordered mine on the 29th October. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed to ask why I hadn’t received it yet and got an automated response followed quickly by ‘Irene’ apologising for the delay, a story about warehouse issues, and assurance that I could get a refund if desired but I should get a delivery date in the next few days. I decide to leave it, after all I understand things happen. Two weeks later I send another email asking what’s happening, receive another automated message and once again quickly followed by another email from ‘Irene’ to say sorry and it’s going to be sorted very soon. She once again said a full refund could be given but I bite my lip and decide to wait. This past week, with zero word on what’s happening, I email a third time to say ‘I want a refund because this is ridiculous’. No reply. No refund. Yet I’m getting marketing emails and non-stop advertisements promising 3-5 day delivery on orders.

I paid with my credit card so I’m going to my bank. Honestly, the reviews before now had been good so I’m hoping this is just horrendous handling of a stock situation but that still isn’t good enough, and I’d avoid ordering. Such a pain, extremely disrespectful, and coming across as a scam at this point.
