Ik gebruik Cambio enkel in 'noodgevallen'voor korte boodschappen als onze eigen wagen niet beschikbaar is. En als ik hem niet nodig heb, kost het me maar max. 3 EUR/maand. Ideaal!

Cambio is een zeer goed systeem. Het doet een mens nadenken over transportatie. Heb ik een auto echt nodig of is het gemakkelijk?

Doordat meerdere mensen met enkele auto's rijden komt er ook parking vrij voor mensen die echt een privéwagen nodig hebben.
Zeker in de stad is dit een voordeel.

Mijn bedoeling om gebruik te maken van Cambio was net omwille van de parkeerproblemen: mijn eigen wagen vaker laten staan en in de plaats daarvan een Cambio-wagen gebruiken. Helaas merk ik dat er vooral ’s avonds en in het weekend bij thuiskomst bijna altijd andere voertuigen op de voorbehouden staanplaats geparkeerd staan. Wanneer je hierover contact opneemt met Cambio, krijg je te horen dat je zelf maar een reglementaire parkeerplaats in de buurt moet zoeken. In de praktijk betekent dit soms een half uur rondrijden, terwijl die extra rit bovendien ook nog eens wordt aangerekend. Dat is dan ook de reden waarom ik tegenwoordig nog maar zelden gebruikmaak van Cambio, behalve wanneer mijn eigen wagen in de garage staat of bij pech. Er zijn geen parkerbeugels op de staanplaats waar ik de auto haal, een beugel plaatsen zou mss al het probleeem minimaliseren.

Ben al 2 jaar een zeer tevreden Cambio gebruiker. Prijs- kwaliteit is zeer goed en budgetvriendelijk. Men kan er geen eigen wagen voor aanschaffen en onderhouden!

Trouwe Cambio gebruiker sinds 2019. Ondertussen ook als gezin met 3 jonge kinderen (in autostoelen en maxicosi). Dankzij standplaatsen dichtbij en ruime aanbod in autotypes werkt dit nog steeds goed voor ons. Naar het containerpark, verhuizen of verbouwen (vervoer grote objecten). Dat ging allemaal!

More than 10 years a user. These last years a little less, but always a car available, always the car that you need, small or bigger or a van, no hassle as in cleaning, technical controls, ... Kind and swift customer service. I am a big fan. There are private car sharing systems that are cheaper, but this is soooo easy. Also in combination with a train ride and hiring in another city. Continue the good work!

Cambio is great! Love it.

I'm posting this but the actual customer is my husband (Vitor Martinez Arruda Campos).

He cancelled his Cambio membership in January and was supposed to receive the deposit reimbursement in February. It is now MAY. That’s THREE MONTHS of chasing a company just to get back money that already belongs to him.

At first, they simply ignored the emails. Then in March they suddenly claimed they “couldn’t find” a payment they had already received months earlier. We sent proof immediately. Then came the endless cycle of “our accounting is checking,” “please be patient,” and finally “the reimbursement will be done this week.”

Of course, that week came and went. Still no money.

Meanwhile, I cancelled my own account at exactly the same time and received my reimbursement normally within their established deadline of 30 days.

Three months to return a deposit is honestly ridiculous. It genuinely feels like they hope customers will eventually give up and stop asking for their own money back.

Terrible communication, endless delays, contradictory information, and zero respect for customers. Be very careful before giving this company any deposit money.

perfect & cheap alternative for an own car.

Long time customer, very satisfied. Easy to use and very helpful customer service. For my situation, way more interesting than having a personal car.

Cambio is a really great option. As with all modes of transportation, you don't have to use it, but it's great that the option is there. Using Cambio takes some getting used to and individual rides might take a bit more hassle, but in return you get a reliable car with a lot less overhead worries. I often forget about things other people worry about (insurance, price of fuel, repairs, overnight parking, LEZs...), simply because it is not part of the equation for me with Cambio. It's not for everyone, but I always recommend looking into it! I am very happy that I don't have to own a car for the 10% of times I would use one.

I'm a member for 8 years orso, i like this because of my low needs for a car, but stil have it available for a low monthly fee.

Just a perfect way of transport. You only buy for a car when you need it. Simple and easy to use, I love it!
