The labels were good quality but what made the experience amazing was working with Chris to get the labels we needed. Chris Sculin assisted us every step of the way and made the ordering process a whole lot smoother. I've worked with a lot of vendors and I haven't had someone this dedicated and helpful assist me before.

Fast Process from start to finish.

The labels were professionally handled by competent personnel. The quality is excellent.

Unfortunately, I requested samples but did not receive them with my order. I hope I can get this soon.

Needs Process Improvements

The salesperson did a great job and the product was fine and was delivered on time, but there are definitely holes in their process. #1 They wanted me to provide my credit card via email or over the phone. That's a major fraud issue. I should be able to pay you online. I can tell they work via email, as my order was not placed on time. I had to call my salesperson to ask if the order was placed and it wasn't. Instead of the salesperson placing the order herself, someone else had to do it. Too many steps. They should invest in software that improves these areas. Customer experience is everything!

Excellent product and great price. Customer satisfaction called prior to fulfilling the order to ensure the verbiage on the tag was correct. Thankfully they did this as they found a mistake I made. Product turned out great.

Effective communication, design process was quick, and the overall experience was faster, easier and better. I have already received the new metal barcodes from USA, and still waiting for other industrial barcodes from a local alternate Australian Company.

The product was just like I expected!

The account rep was very helpful in getting my order set up. The spreadsheets they gave were easy to use and made the job easier. They had no problem adjusting to changes and adjustments.

My initial communication with your sale rep was a little difficult but after our conversation, he was more active.

This was our first but definitely not the last. The whole process from samples to proofs and ordering was great. Everyone was very helpful and the labels turned out excellent and exactly like they said they would.

Labels are exactly what I expected- durable and will meet my needs for the project we are working on- The sequence of labels worked out as recommended as I learned the sequence of labels and the numbering system can help you prepare for future inventory plans.

Our salesperson, Chris, was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the selection process very efficiently. The product arrived exactly when we expected as was perfect. Chris kept us up to date on all steps in the process. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service is fantastic. Camcode's staff was very responsive and helpful. I really like the Metalphoto plates. My only issue is the designer for the destructive vinyl is limited. The tags are great and work, but a 2" x 1" tag looks pretty amateurish - poor resolution, similar to a restaurant ticket printer. I am sure Camcode could fix this with a better sample or site designer. Other than that small issue, top marks!
