Service was very slow. It took over a month to get finished product. But more importantly I did not get what I ordered. I was provided a quote for 2 options, B&W or Color. I requested B&W based on the price and was told I didn't need to provide new art. I sent camera ready art and was provided a "proof" which I had to approve before they could start printing. The labels I received did not look anything like the art I provided and approved. They were color, not B&W as requested. The text was in 2 different fonts and the logo had very little space around it - it was crowded by the text. I was very disappointed, especially because I was charged a $100 "set up" fee and I paid a premium price for the labels.

High quality tag's. We like the result. Process took a little while for our initial order because they are very meticulous about customer accuracy and verification of the proof set before moving in to production. Will repeat.

We were fully satisfied with the product that we purchased from Camcode, our company purchased the long range hanging labels and were more than happy with the performance. The ability to use our scan gun from extremely long distance and being able to hang them very high to avoid accidental contact made it a no brainer for us to go with this product. Great team to work with! Asked for a quote for 1000 tags with dimensions from two companies, Camcode came back with a turn around time less than half it's competitor and at half the price. Design team made sure we got what we needed by sending the drawing for approval. We got exactly what we needed and a very high quality product.

We like your products. However we find it hard to find value at current pricing.

They were extremely helpful and responsive to my questions and worked with me to get the types of labels I needed to set up our warehouse for the first time for barcode scanning. When the labels arrived they looked great and were really easy to install. I would definitely recommend them.

The experience was great until the order arrived. Product received was not what was purchased even though all paperwork indicated it was. We had ordered pre-coated tags ready for in-house laser etching but received uncoated tags with burrs along many of the edges. Most of the edges were also bent upward preventing them from laying flat. We were informed our product had been discontinued yet our order still made it through the entire process (multiple quotes, artwork proof, fabrication, shipping). They did offer a solution to rework the items but we would need to pay a few hundred dollars more. We chose to cut our losses and not pay more for their error.

The sales rep we dealt with was great in his part and is the reason this review is not one star.
