As unable to respond to my previous review and the reply from campernation . I will respond here for people to be able to view my response as the facts that campernation are portraying are totally incorrect , and again misleading .
The main point is we did ring you regarding the correct awning needed as we were of the opinion that we needed the H3 , your colleague after asking for measurements told us no we needed the H2 , exactly the reason why I put on the review .
Your staff need to be trained correctly into giving the right information regarding the products you are selling,
Please listen to your phone calls if they are recorded to hear what was said.

Your reply also did not mention that you are aware your photos for advertising your product are misleading as they portray the brackets in the advert photos are the brackets you will be receiving with the awning as to the positioning of them to the van, the advert showed the brackets that you have the awning attached to the top of the van roof, which we wanted not as was sent the brackets that are fixed so the awning extends from the top side of the van.
The rail you refer to in your reply, yes this is not needed now as the incorrect brackets were sent to what is portrayed in your advert you have the brackets that fit to the top of the van roof in your advert for the awning.
And as we had already informed you these are already attached to the van as we had given these to the fitters in good faith that you had sent as too what you advertised as I explained misleading.
Removing the rail before we receive the replacement would leave several big holes in the van roof this was explained to one of your many representatives who advised for us to keep the rail and brackets on the van until the we had received the correct one from you so not to cause damage to the van ie rain water getting in.
Once replaced you can arrange to be collected.
And as of yet we still have not received you say you have sent out after us returning the incorrect one to you .
We had a delivery on July 17th was marked 1 of 2 items and received the brackets we had paid another £320 for no replacement awning that your staff had told us had been sent with the brackets!
One of your staff sent us a email of the delivery that clearly stated there were 2 parcels the brackets and the awning and was to chase the delivery company as to where the other parcel the awning was.
We have the emails / chat if you would like to see this.
As off 20.7.26 @ 13.35 we still have not received hopefully it will come. Again this shows your lack of communication.
As I said in previous review it seems you mislead people and this is exactly why I sent a bad review and you still continue!
A courtesy phone call from yourself could have put this all right and shown some kind of customer service but no you continue emailing, with the emails coming from different people and this causes problems with your communication .
I think it says it all when instead of calling us personally to resolve this mess you reply to my review on here & I have to put a response on here as it’s no good phoning as no one answers
Is that customer service ?
You could have easily rectified all of this given us back the faith in you, but instead no you have responded to my review with false facts to save face.
Maybe Phil the manager could give us a call ! and we can communicate with him our experience of the whole process.
As we have explained we can’t ring you as one answers your calls !
Will never use this company again or recommend to any of our camper group / forums.
UPDATE TO THE REPLY FROM CAMPERNATION . AS STILL NO CALL FROM PHIL THE MANAGER

YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT GIVE A CST THE OPTION TO PUT THE MEASUREMENTS IN SO WE PHONED THE NUMBER PROVIDED FOR ORDERING AND AS I SAID BEFORE ( LISTEN TO THE CALL ) TOLD WHAT MEASUREMENTS WERE NEEDED THESE WERE GIVEN AND WE TOLD WE NEEDED A H2.
THERE WAS NO EMAIL SENT TO US BEFORE WE ORDERED . IF THERE WAS WHY WOULD WE RING TO ASK WHAT SIZE AND PROCEED TO ORDER THE WRONG SIZE ?? .

YES THE CHARGE REFLECTS THE DIFFERENCE IN CHARGE AS YOU HAD ADVISED US INCORRECTLY!

PRODUCT LISTING ON SITE STILL SHOWS INCORRECTLY AND NOT CLEARLY THE BRACKETS THAT COME WITH YOUR ORDER. LOOK AT YOUR WEBSITE IT
WILL ASK YOU ENTER YOUR VAN MEASUREMENT, BUT THERE IS NO PROVISION TO ENTER THEM , JUST THE WORDS ENTER YOUR MEASUREMENTS HERE

LAST OF ALL REGARDING US RETURNING THE AWNING BACK DAMAGED
1 THE AWNING DID NOT COME OUT OF THE BOX. ON OPENING THE TOP WE COULD SEE WAS IT WAS THE WRONG COLOUR
2 YOUR TEAM ASKED US TO SEND A PHOTO OF THE AWNING / BOX AND CLEARLY SHOWS A UNDAMAGED BOX / AWNING. I STILL HAVE THE PHOTO
3 MAYBE CONTACT YOUR COURIER COMP YOU USED REGARDING THE DAMAGE!
THE AWNING WAS NOT DAMAGED WHEN IT LEFT HERE
INCOMPETENCE AND FALSE FACTS AGAIN. AS IT CLEARLY PORTRAYS ON HERE YOUR MORE CONCERNED ABOUT A BAD REVIEW THAN YOUR CST SERVICE

A solid company. I made a return and got a full refund. I recommend them.

Ordered an air conditioning unit for my motorhome. Price was very competitive. Unit arrived quickly and was well packed. Phil and his team were very courteous and helpful over the phone. Would certainly use this firm again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Phil and his team made sure I received my caravan awning in time for my weekend away. It was touch and go for a while but they booked overnight shipping so it arrived in time. Its the new Sunncamp casa full touring awning which is great.
5 star service thank you.

Would have been a 5 star but customer service wasn't great, I asked several times about a fixing kit and no response.

Email contact with Phil confirmed the correct size for my German caravan and he gave me a selection for seasonal use.
No pressure at all to buy.
The awning I decided upon arrived on time, back in March.
I had to contact Maxine because I couldn’t figure out the poles, 3 designs for my awning.
She sorted the correct plan in minutes over the phone. Super service.
It has now been up for six weeks, with no problems apart from some rain water pooling because the pitch slopes the wrong direction, fixed with additional roof braces to force the water off.
More than happy with awning and company.
I would recommend them to anyone searching for a caravan awning.

We very much disliked being told that the item was in stock and that delivery would be in 2 to 4 days....when the item wasn't even in the UK, and delivery would in fact be about 3 weeks. We had correspondence about the delayed delivery but this was blamed on the carriers... no mention of the fact that it had to cone from Europe. It's a disgraceful way of carrying on.

Around 2 ½ months ago I ordered an Aferiy P310 with two Aferiy solar panels. The powerstation was delivered promptly and I was informed that he solar panels would be delivered later. When I inquired about the solar panels at the end of May I was informed that they had been sent out to me, and it transpired that they hadn't been sent out. Campernation sent a delivery after this via DHL telling me that both of my solar panels were in the post, however only one arrived in early June 2026. I highlighted the issue and then I was told that my second solar panel was in the post, but that this was a DPD deliver. I have contacted DPD on several occasions who have told me that Campernation need to follow this up. DPD state that the deliver was last scanned on 08/06/2026 and there has been nothing since. I have contacted Campernation staff on three separate occasions. On my last two calls I have asked either for a replacement to be sent out or for my money to be refunded. I am not satisfied with the service as my solar panels 2 1/2 months in has still not arrived.

Never used Campernation before so was not sure if things would go smoothly, but they did, order notification received and 2 days later the goods arrived. FANTASTIC .

Regular contact after initial request for quote. Had a reminder which I was happy with and they matched a cheaper price from someone else. When matched price increased, Phil held original one for order. Staff were great, professional and polite and arranged delivery to suit and kept me updated.
Would recommend them to anyone else.

The support provided by Phil was exceptional from the very beginning, or us purchasing our first awning. He guided us based on touring type and family set up. He matched a lower price I found without hesitation. The awning arrived two days after purchase. We also had to send a set up photo at the end for him to make sure everything was okay. I felt very comfortable emailing asking for guidance. I will sourcing any further caravan equipment from Phil and the team.

Brilliant. They were ever so helpful with specifying the air conditioning and finding answers to my many questions. The guys at Dometic near Warwick did an excellent job at fitting the unit and did it exactly as I had wanted. Really good service.

Inability to deliver on time. A 5-7 day delivery has been confirmed as arriving 3 weeks later, too late to be any use for us and ruining a caravaning holiday we had booked. Honesty at the outset would have allowed us to look elsewhere.

So much help from my first contact with Phil regarding awning & size required .
Nothing seemed too much trouble .
Great customer service .

In a time where customer service is often overlooked, the dedication, enthusiasm and efficiency by the whole team was a breath a fresh air. Let's not forget cheerful too.

Order placed and then no contact, it said 2-5 days and a week later still nothing. Eventually after phoning several times I got it a week later, but not even from them. I'm not sure if they have stock or just shop around once an order is placed.
Even then it was still missing parts!

Phil was very helpful but when subsequently calling I spoke to a man with little knowledge and then a woman who was quite frankly rude. Neither of them arranged the requested return phone call.

Phil was very helpful. I provided our caravan details and he sent links to a variety of awnings with information & prices for each one and the size required. We wereable to pre order with a small deposit and the arrange delivery months later when the season started. Not pushy at all, just very helpful, competitive pricing & excellent support with answers to assembly questions after delivery

As a caravan first timer I found Campernation Very helpful throughout my purchase, quick delivery service, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable.
