Georgie could not have been more helpful in setting up the appointment when I was working in the US with minimal time to get a survey organised. The survey conducted by Robin was very thorough and clearly conveyed with the detailed report and follow-up call 48 hours later. Highly recommended.

Efficient Valuation Service
Process to book valuation was efficient and the surveyor was very good. Report returned within 2 days which was excellent. Not over the moon to pay the entire fee up front but, an efficient service nonetheless.

A great experience start to finish
Really easy to book the survey. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and helpful. Peter Woolford completed our survey which was done in just a few days after booking. I was asked if there was anything in particular I had concerns about and this was all looked into for me. I really appreciated the phone call once the survey was completed and before the report came through, as Peter explained his findings to me. The whole process was great and I would recommend Camsure Home Surveys.

Very thorough, great communication
Camsure were incredibly thorough with their RICS level 2 homebuyers survey. They had great communication throughout, and Joel Edgar, our surveyer, made sure to arrange a call with us to go through everything and answer any questions we had about the findings. Their quote was competetive and there were no hidden fees. We would definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Excellent service and value for money
Excellent service from the first enquiry through to receiving our report and communications with Harry our surveyor after the report was issued. We received our report the next day following the survey. Very reliable, excellent value for money all round great service.

Flexible and thorough
They were very flexible and able to carry out survey for us at short notice.
The survey was very thorough considering it wasn't a level 3 one and we got a call summary immediately after.

Easy and Stress free
We recently used this company for a home survey and were really impressed with the whole process. The surveyor called on the day of the survey to explain what he was doing and kept us informed throughout, which gave us great confidence. Once the survey was complete, the report was uploaded to their online portal — a really convenient way to access and download everything in one place. The system is easy to use and made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The Surveyor did a good job to review…
The Surveyor did a good job to review what he could see of the house. I had a drone survey done of the roof. He Would not have been able to see the area the drone showed. So I was deposited he was not able to take that information and use it in his report. Instead he spent more writing a disclaimer on the information. So on the whole good work.

Camsure were absolutely brilliant right from the start, there communication is exceptional. They told us when they were going to the property and even called on the morning to say they’d been.
