Booked online, had confirmation. Our driver never showed up to the airport to pick us up. Another driver from the company was picking up another couple and tried to find our driver, holding the other couple up almost 30 min while we tried to figure out where he was. Eventually he told us he would take us, but we had to go drop the other couple off in Cancuna and we were going to Playa Del Carmen. So our 30-45 min private trip that we paid for took over 2 hours and was not private. I emailed the company, no response. I emailed again canceling the return trip to the airport, as I didn't trust they would pick us up and they ignored me. They showed up to pick us up and we used the driver, since he was there and we were going to get a cab. However, no refund or aknowledgment of the lack of driver or incovinence when we arrived. Book with caution.

WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT!

Worst company! I booked this shuttle service, paid and received a confirmation email. Arrived at 12:10 AM and driver NEVER showed up. Waited for over 45 min. Phone number of Cancun Shuttle does not work. The only way to get a hold of them is through email which they responded to after 30 minutes of me waiting. They finally responded via email asking for my flight info which I had sent them MANY times and asked what terminal I was at. I responded with the terminal and after another 20 minutes they responded saying that they don't have anyone to come pick me up and that I need to send an email to cancel the pick up. I will never book this company again! THE WORST!

I had to book my shuttle to and from the airport and was looking for a reliable company as I had never been to Mexico before. The government website suggested this company so I thought to give it a trial. Oh!! I am glad I did. They were very helpful with communication of information via email and they had a WhatsApp number to chat with them as well. They even suggested a different pick up time to the airport due to construction works going on which I was not aware of so I like the fact that they were pro-active. They arrived on time and answered questions I had clearly. I didn’t read the email properly about payments being taken off my card so I mistakenly paid cash to the driver and when I noticed I was also charged, I communicated this and they sorted it out very quickly. They seem a very reputable shuttle service to me and I will DEFINITELY recommend them cos I will be using them again for sure when next I’m in Cancun cos dealing with them really gave me rest of mind as I knew they would look after me and they really did.
