Bought the set of 5 perfumes for £65 as drawn in by the lovely smell in Meadowhall. Disappointingly the perfumes last only minutes on the skin. What a waste of money!

Store was clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly and helpful however, when I returned home with my lovely packaged reed diffuser pulled it out of the box the paint had started to flake off the bottle. I paid £27 for a reed diffuser and it looks like something out of B&M unfortunately I’m not impressed with the product.

Excellent customer service! Shivani at the Stratford branch was amazing and super helpful. it was my first time shopping at their store and it was fantastic. Their scents are heavenly! They’ve got a loyal customer now!!

I have purchased a house warming gift from for my sister, before I travel back home and give it to her.

I have by mistake ordered it to my old house address and quickly realized and tried to correct my mistake by sending them a nearly instant message about my message... NO RESPONSE, again I sent another message telling them I made a mistake and I don't want to cancel the order I just want to redirect it, before they send it, again... NO RESPONSE,

So I went to my old house address to collect two times and did not find it, incredibly unprofessional, never using candles and oud again, and had to go to my sister empty handed and will be telling all my family and friends to stay away from this company.

Rabia helped me find it very quickly and she was super nice and honest love the candless!!

Just bought rose&oud perfume was talking to a lovely man thinks he called fareed aT Meadowhall last week so I went back his customer service is second to none I know that because I worked at boots chemist so I know what good service is it is as important as the product itself first time I have purchased this hopefully not the last bought it on 10 th april

The Sales lady in Stratford Westfield was very attentive and friendly. I bought Eid presents for my family and friends. The candles, scents, and body lotions smell so lovely!

I was handed a tester in Westfield White City shopping centre and the perfume had amazing notes and lasted for such a long time on that paper strip. Next time I was in the centre I purchased the 100ml EDP and it turns out that it doesn’t last at all and the smell develops on skin in a very different way. After seeing other people’s reviews on here that go back for years, this is clearly not a batch issue but a lucrative scam, whatever they offer as a tester is not what is in the bottle and is certainly not an EDP. Avoid Candles & Oud!

Great customer experience/service in the meadow hall branch when getting my dad a birthday gift (3 perfume set) from one of the employees who was extremely helpful in helping me pick something (young guy. South Asian like me. Don’t remember his name) really liked the customer service that much and the scents that we came back later on and bought 3 more perfumes and again got great customer service from the manager there who helped us out a lot too.
