You get what you pay for - quality product & service
Great customer service and quality products. My old Denon system was 33 years old and very tired! They made product recommendations, came to the house to see where the Hifi was sited to ensure recommendations were appropriate and then installed everything for me - amplifier, CD player, phono & Sonos port. We talked about speaker upgrade and they brought a pair to the house to try but I then decide to stay with what I had. Installation visit 2 people for 1.5 hours for which I was happy to pay their £75 fee. Well worth it. Thoroughly recommend this business and will be going to them for my TV when that needs replacing. If we don't support businesses like these we will only have ourselves to blame when we can't get good professional advice & support.
