I recently got a job where for some reason this station is on much of the time. It is an utter horror to endure. I wear ear plugs the whole time this station is on. Dull & pointless chatter from the DJs, awful adverts, and they pick the worst 10 songs available and just repeat them constantly. This is the first review I've ever written on Trustpilot because I hate this station so much (after 3 days of it).

This is the station that paracetamol was invented for. Ugh.

The worst station in the country. Just repetition and unbearable adverts that become more and more monotonous the more it goes on. No thanks.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING Customer Service & loyalty to listeners & customers.
I purchased 3 tickets to The Capital Summertime Ball.
I took out THEIR cancellation insurance offered during the time of purchase at the online checkout with the tickets.
Due to my partners horrific Suicide I was unable to attend on the day,due to a severe Panic Attack that morning.
It was a Sunday so my doctor was unobtainable.
An off duty district nurse helped me through the attack,which I will be eternally grateful to as my young daughter was present.
Also another one of our party had tested positive to covid.
There was absolutely NO WAY we could get through to Capital via any of their platforms on the day.
They made it impossible.
This was the 11th of June and no matter what I do now to get hold of them on converse with their chosen insurance company’ XCover ‘,I am told I need a doctors cover letter who was present for my attack and the positive covid photo sent is not acceptable.
I have lost over £240 and Capital Radio should hang their heads in shame.
I strongly suggest that people think twice about this appalling customer service once the tickets go on sale next year.
Please dont let your mental health be completely shattered by the anxiety this company has caused myself and my family dealing with trying to help get my ticket money returned in an already desperate time.
The tickets were purchased to try to help cheer us up.
Capital Radio do not want to know as soon as they have taken your money.
Please be safe and think long and hard before buying the tickets or their insurance.

I love listening to Capital FM all day. The adverts repeat the same thing. But a part from the ads Capital is my favourite No.1 Hit Music Station

Switched off because of ulez propaganda. Khan lied, tfl lied therefore you are perpetuating a lie. This filters down through your advertisers who might also be lying...

Listened to you for approx 40 yrs but sadly no longer. Tried switching over temporarily but not botherjng coming back now. Can't stand listening to the constant propoganda ads about ULEZ expansion making out its about air quality when it's own commissioned impact report proved it will make 0-negligible difference. £hundreds of millions of taxpayer money spent on infrastructure, now more on these ads that dont even mention how much people are expected to pay or how to go about it

Like just about everyone on this board I'm tortured by this dogturd station every day at work. Crap ''music'' all day and endless boring adverts teaching people the obvious about road safety over and over. Also, there is an offensive DJ called Niall Gray who is a woke idiot, but thinks he's clever and appealing to the ''youth of today''. He's not, he's an old t*sser with an irritating, overly camp, posh southern voice. He referred to some singer, who was a man, as ''They'', which doesn't make grammatical sense. Anyway, ''they'' isn't a good singer. Regardless, I hate this station, the music never changes, it's just the same 20 songs going round and round again. No classics, just boring 3-minute headache inducing rubbish. Ed Sheeran 9 times a day, when I work 8 hours, is unbearable. I don't even hate his music, I just can't stand listening to it over and over. They won't change the station at work so we all have to suffer this - as some people have already made the comparison ''Guantanamo'' style radio station. I really want it to go under. I despise this station with a passion. People only listen to it for the competitions anyway. They must be thick if they don't understand that.

I’m sick of listening to Ed Sheeran songs and Lewis Capaldi all the time . I have to switch to radio 1 because I can’t stand to listen to the same repeated songs over and over again . Another note , is Capital a brexit supporter , because only we listen all the time English songs . What’s wrong with Spanish / latinas , Africa songs they quite in vogue now . And please change the female radio host , she have the timbre voice of a parrot

Good station. but they play the same music all day every day had enough of hearing same stuff they need to change it up a bit.

I'm forced to listen to this station 10 hours a day 5 days a week at bmw mini Oxford and it makes me absolutely miserable, it got to the point when I get sick in the stomach of even turning on the radio outside work, they literally have about 20 (most annoying) songs on their whole playlist playing it back to back ooooover and ooooover and neverednding, driving everyone to madness!!! They play flowers from miley cyrus ever 12 minutes, they made me absolutely hate stormzy by playing his cringest most miserable hide and seek song, the "unforgettable hit" of I'm good by David guetta for the 5th month now!!!!! Surely it's unforgettable when it plays 5million times a day, and who wouldn't love to listen to the nerve crushing "I'm a psycho" or Beyonces new foundation cr4p, or any cringe Ed sheeren song 4x EVERY. HALF. HOUR. 10. HOURS. A DAY. They honestly push people to the deepest rage, I can't put into words how much I'm physically sick of this station!! Actually mentally sickening, we really shouldn't be stressed about this every damn day

What are you all on about - Capital is the best radio station and Roman & Jay are entertaining, funny and down to earth!

Love all the songs they play and why can’t they play Ed Sheeran a lot he’s worth listening to; all his songs are great!

Stop moaning, if you don’t have anything good to say, change the station!!!

This radio station is an insult to music and the media in general. Painfully forced efforts and ingenuity that can barely be classed as background noise

we are currently forced to listen to that cr4p at work. Same sh..y songs over and over again, starting from some tom grenan who sounds like a cat skinned alive,through to the latest music monstrosity - some haitch or whatever that muppet's nick is. Jesus... bad enough to hear "my G (spot)" with ed sheran all the time, now it's another sh..y tune that's got eeeooo eeeeooo eeeooo as background music to his precious rap. I pray for anyone who willingly listens to that radio station, I really do.

Leave it to Capital to gather the crapiest songs they can find to shove down your throat. I'm forced to listen to the latest garbage the UK newcomers have come up with, at work. Thinking to send their studio address to Isis.
Bottom line: sub mediocre c-rap to push the tiresome anti white diversity agenda.
