I purchased an Avtex 12v DC TV lead which came with a straight connection to the TV, when l tried to connect it did not fit so l contacted you by email and the response was slow so I followed it up by another email quoting the reference and the response was first class.They told me they had been in touch with Avtex who were sending out free of charge an angled connector which worked perfectly,so many thanks and that has solved the problem 😃
