Five stars would have been awarded had I received the request for a review nearer the time of purchase. Only reason I reduced rating is I had to research what I had purchased as it was over a month ago.

Stay Away! I bought a modem and I wanted to give it back as I understood it does not fit th epurpose. I have sent my request, no answer... I have given a call and company has only one mobile phone so when you call for a refund you will be immediately reject call list... I have given a call using 4 different call and it was the same... result: this is a scam company and you should definetely stay away from them... Quick to deliver but after my tv failed after barely 2 hours use, not so quick to put it right! Still waiting for a resolution from an email I sent 3 days ago and stuck with a faulty tv while I wait...£400 spent on a tv I cannot use! Really disappointed

never got reply from there price promise when found item cheaper emailed them still no reply. not a patch on go outdoors who replyed within the hour.

Very prompt delivery. Excellent pop up tent - ideal for the grandchildren to play in in the garden. Easy to erect & take down as promised in the instructions. Would definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant to do buisness with, we have rerecently purchased two avtex tvs (delivered free next day) from them and unfortunately one of the controllers had a spring missing in the battery compartment. phoned them up and within 2 days had another controller through the door exceptional polite customer service and got through easily on the phone. would 100% reccomend

ordered item, payment taken, then receive confirmation that my order is not in stock, so will be refunded. No apology, just its out of stock, refund will be issued.

how can you take an order, and take the money, and then decide you dont have stock?????

Ordered an awning tent as £50 cheaper than manufacturer site. Waited a week and emailed only to be told that it wasn't in stock. Very poor communication as I had to chase this up myself, disappointed . Next day delivery from manufacturer, worth paying for is lesson learned.

Love these chairs, they are roomy and very comfortable. The side table is an added bonus for a glass of wine and nibbles!
We waited longer than usual for both of our chairs as one was delivered promptly within two days but the other got sent to a London depot (we live in the SW) but after two phone calls to customer services we finally received the second one two weeks later. Just in time for our caravan trips this summer.
