Fantastic customer service

I had a warranty claim for a warming drawer and was booked for a second visit but had to cancel due to a death in the family. I totally forgot to re book by which point it had gone out of warranty but Caple still honoured the warranty and came out the next day Fantastic customer service.

Response time to a query on the website was very quick and my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Aaron. Very impressed and would buy another Caple product based on this.

Excellent customer service

Gill in customer service, was extremely helpful in assisting to source a small part. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me updated with her progress. Whenever I have contacted the company they have always gone above and beyond to resolve any issue, however minor.

Great visit to Capele today

Great visit to Capele today – a really informative and enjoyable time. The range of products on display was excellent and it was great to see the depth of quality and innovation across the range.
A special mention to Josh, whose cooking was fantastic – she really does wonders in the kitchen and made the visit even more enjoyable. Also a big thank you to Fiona, who is a world of knowledge and incredibly easy to do business with. Her insight into the products and the market was extremely valuable.
Visits like this really highlight the importance of strong supplier relationships and the value of working closely together.
We’re very much looking forward to continuing to build and grow our business partnership with Capele in the future.

Had kitchen fitted two and a half years…

Had kitchen fitted two and a half years ago and Caple sink and tap was fitted. Recently the tap started dripping and as it was covered by Caples 5 year guarantee I contacted the firm for help. After sending a copy of the invoice and pictures of the tap Caple sent me a complete tap kit and I fitted a new cylinder which had been faulty. I cannot praise the firm enough for their customer service and the prompt delivery of the required items.

Brilliant Customer Service

I ordered spare filters for our extraction fan. Placed the order over the weekend, received an update Monday morning and items despatched same day, with arrival on Tuesday. I am really impressed by the service and especially the comms from Willow, who made contact to make sure everything was correct. Really great service
