Took car in for 50,000 service, 6 years, oil leak found, asked if covered on warranty, answer no. 2nd oil leak found, this time accepted. Turns out oil leaks not covered unless a major item has to be moved, eg gear box, engine. On further enquiry the 2nd oil leak, which cost less to repair than the first, was accepted as the leak was the result of another part failing, isn’t that the case with all oil leaks? Either way I ended up paying significantly more than I was expecting.

From initial phonecall to when the wotk was completed at my home address was within a couple of weeks. Chap who came out was punctual, friendly person. Job completed in good time.
Didn't have all the all the work down which needed to be done on his list, but after he made a quick phonecall to check, all the work was completed. No problem. Couldn't see afterwards where the scratch marks across the car were.
