Friendly technician , on time and straight on with the job , perfect invisible repair to rear off side plastic painted bumper , good job .

Stefan was marvellous but the admin behind him left a lot to be desired.

Got a time slot sent to me & then a phone call to let me know when he was half an hour away.
The young man was very polite & friendly.
He was very knowledgeable about his work & did a very good job in very good time.

Very professional and work was excellent

Communication was poor. I was supposed to get a email confirmation for changes to dates.
Had to call three times answering time varied fro 20 minutes to 40 minutes.
Work completed by DWV was satisfactory but Mike was amazing and could not be more helpful.
He did work on my Porsche last year
and was exceptional on both occasions.

Each time I spoke to a member of staff they were polite, professional & very helpful.
Unfortunately they were let down by the company who were supposed to contact me to repair my alloy wheel. Despite sending emails & making phone calls the repair company still didn't contact me.
However, on the third occasion contacting Car Care a charming & extremely helpful gentleman called Matthew arranged for a different company to do the repair & they have already been in touch.
Although it has been frustrating I cannot fault the staff at Car Care at all. They tried very hard to resolve the issue & all deserve much praise. They were all polite, professional, courteous & a credit to your company.
