Customer dis-service
Bearing in mind we have to take out insurance for our cars, I found the whole experience frustrating, stressful and discriminatory. An assumption is made that everyone is familiar with using technology to prove they are not defrauding the system. Believe me I would never contact CCP unless absolutely necessary. As the customer I was made to feel by my first contact that I was “guilty” and telling lies. It was not a good feeling. The second person I spoke to was much more conciliatory and helpful. Pay attention to how you treat your customers. They are your “bread and butter”.

Booking experience with Marshall Portsmouth was excellent . Booked in for a diagnosis and vechicle check. The repair was approved for the low ball joint replacement which was causing a very noticeable noise.
I was booked for another appointment within 7 days and to my surprise the vehicle replacement was not available for me. This caused some inconvenience which I had to resolve independently unfortunately . I was explained why I was not entitled for a full 7 day replacement vehicle . This was not clear to me or in the documents. All in all, I am happy my vehicle got repaired under the warranty and whilst I waited specially, which made up for it. Great dealership experience.

The repair has not happened
The repair has not happened. The engineer made it clear from the outset he did not want to carry out the repair. Made some feeble excuse and left. Very disappointed at the lack of service. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

The appointment was a no show and, having wasted a day waiting, was rebooked for for almost a month later.

The technician who came out was great, but car care :(
The technician who came out from the contracted company was amazing, efficient, courteous and informative. Shame the experience behind the technician, the booking, arranging and experience of dealing with car care plan is such a palaver, inefficient, disorganised and they pass on work to so many different companies prepare to have to take numerous days off work or allow numerous disturbed days to get the work done.
