Easy and straight forward

Cheaper just to pay for any needs on an as & when basis (cheaper than you think)…..unless you have a catastrophe.
This is catastrophe insurance, which, let’s face it, 99% of us just don’t need.
The chap whi fixed it though was very good and gave me many a good tip on why we should go down the nsurance route based on cost.
Wish hadn’t have paid up front.

The garage handled the claim for the broken coil spring and said the response was quick and easy to use

The on-line repair questionnaire asked if the marks in the paintwork were up to 30cm apart, between 30 and 40cm apart or greater than 40cm apart. In fact they were 32cm. But then I was advised that as they were more than 30cm apart it wasn't covered by the plan. So why did the on-line questionnaire ask about anything greater than 30cm???

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to progress work which Car Care Plan were partially aware off, without their approval and then claim the money back. The people I spoke with explained how things should have gone, acknowledged how the circumstances had forced my hand, provided guidance on how to progress and progressed the claim on my behalf.
