Good, but getting approval can cause delays.
It covered what needed to be covered, but delays in the approval meant that the car had to go back to the garage a second day for the rest of the repair. But that could well have been due to the dealer rather than CCP, hence only reducing by one star.

Excellent work on removing scratches
The man turned up on time to repair the scratches on my car paintwork. He was very courteous & helpful & took me through what he proposed to do before starting work. The finished work was excellent: you could not tell where the scratches had been.

The agreement between our chosen garage…
The agreement between our chosen garage and Car Care plan was that the part required would be sent to the garage but this did not happen and the garage had to source the part. This meant that I had to pay more upfront than expected but I did recieve the agreed sum within 2 weeks.

Perfect from booking to repair
From booking to repair everything was perfect. I had a scuff on one of my alloys, The mobile technician Edmund was very friendly and efficient, when he had finished there was absolutely no sign of the damage at all. I highly recommend this service.

it was fully covered and paid directly to the garage so I did not have to pay and reclaim the costs which was an added bonus.

The warranty claim made by JLR authorised service centre on my behalf was really straight forward allowing a quick repair. The comprehensive policy I took out ensure that my needs were adequately covered. The true value of a policy can only be judged when you need to make a claim.

Everything went perfectly. Easy to arrange, and then regular, but not overly frequent, communication. Chris arrived very punctually and the repair on the pothole damaged alloy was done so well that it was invisible.

I provided my Car Care Plan details to the Dealership and they seamlessly resolved 2 issues with my car. I had to do literally nothing and CCP and Dealership took care of EVERYTHING.
