After spending a lot of time researching which merchant to use, Jayne at Card cutters was the only provider who explained the deal concisely and then emailed the details promptly. After a bit of questioning she also identified a better offer for our seasonal business. The sign up process went smoothly too. We did have a glitch at the start (not from CC) but this was resolved quickly by them. So all in all very satisfied. Thanks

I applied for a merchant account and found a company called card cutters I spoke to a Jayne who was very easy to talk to and she followed me through the steps and I had a good experience with her top customer service and easy to understand keep it up your doing exceptionally well thank you.

I'm really happy to give card cutters 5 stars, I previously used Worldpay, but ended my contract with them when they hiked my rates up to shocking levels. My search for a replacement was dreary, including having a pushy young salesman in my office who tried to pressure me to sign up on the spot - I avoided his phone calls afterwards.

So card cutters felt like a breath of fresh air after all that. Allison was interested and helpful and I didn't feel remotely pressured by her. In fact, she expertly walked the line between giving me gentle reminders to get information to her (I run two businesses and get super busy so I occasionally needed a gentle nudge) and undue pressure. Their rates are also very competitive indeed and easy to understand.

I'd be delighted to recommend them to others - the service is personal and efficient and you don't feel like you're dealing with a massive, faceless corporation. I felt like a valued customer!

Clover is a great system to have at our pub. Very customisable and the helpdesk team are always on hand if any problems should occur. Simple and easy to use all the options are clear and everything has its own menu. All prices are logged into the till some no adding up whilst standing at the till. I would recommend the system to anyone.

When Cost Cutters set up our new Merchant Service Account for us I don't think things could have gone any better. Working with Alison Mold at Cost Cutters was a dream. She is knowledgeable, experienced totally professional, and friendly all in one package. I can't recommend her highly enough. This was so different from previous experience with other companies.

We've been running with Card Cutters for 2 trouble free months now. Our transaction costs are lower so we're happy about that. We did experience a couple of glitches in the signing up process but that was to do with E-Sign and Card Cutters were good at sorting it out.

We had an event in just 7 days time and had a problem with our existing card payment system. Jayne, Emma and the rest of the team got us set up in time and provided machines that were ideal for the event. It saved the whole thing, and we couldn't be more grateful.

I had spent weeks looking for a way to accept credit cards, I found Card cutters after an internet search. They stood out head and shoulders above the rest. I did the online quote and phoned the number for help to fill out the forms. I spoke to Allison Mould who was fantastic from start to finish. She filled out my application form with me, then emailed the forms for me review and sign. She always answered my emails within 30 mins and had a straight forward answer. My situation was difficult as I have only been trading for a few months so she went the extra mile to help secure me the best deal.
