Card Cutters Ltd Opiniones

THE CUSTOMER ADVISER WAS REALLY HELPFUL, I WORKED VERY QUICKLY

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful approach to a quite complex changeover which involved a number of accounts.
All went through seamlessly and any follow-up which has been necessary has been handled equally efficiently. Thank you Jayne!

The phone was answered straight away and Allison was very polite and helpful- as long as the terminal arrives on friday it will be a 5 star service!

Easy to setup and excellent customer service when I required services tailored to my needs.

Allison was tenacious in her approach which I'm great full for as we were busy opening our first shop with lots going on. She kept in touch, and was always on hand when I had questions. Great service.

After reading many online reviews I decided to contact Cardcutters for a quote which I'm glad I did as they appear to be much cheaper than any other merchant banking company. My application was a little bit complicated due to the setup of my business but Lillian was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything to me. I received the terminal quickly and so far have no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and competitive pricing - pleased so far and beat the quotes from larger providers by a large margin

Great customer service and very good value.
Thank you.

Everything worked, and works , as it should. They did a good job of keeping me informed and up to date.
Easiest installation I have ever experienced with credit card machines.

Very helpful, friendly team !
Needed short term rental of terminal.
Everything went very smoothly from setup, delivery on time and free post return of terminal

Very helpful, direct and professional.. thank you.

My experience with Card Cutters Ltd has been greatly professional. I have only had to speak to one person the whole time (Allison) who's managed to sort everything I needed out without any hassle. Allison is always very quick to respond to a query by email which makes me feel a valued customer.

We were provided speedily and helpfully with our card merchant service. Any pitfalls we encountered whilst setting up were explained fully and help and guidance given where needed.

The person who dealt with our application was delightful. Charming, polite and knowledgeable, with the just the right amount of humour added to the professionalism. Perfect customer service 10/10!

I have hired a terminal on a couple occasions each year now for a charity event I hold. I am very happy with the service I receive from Card Cutters. Jayne Henshaw has been particularly helpful along the way.

Alison, was a god send from start to finish, took us through all the prices etc and got us the best deal for us and our business,

Thanks Alison

Have used Card Cutters for our terminal rental and to set up our merchant account for 2 years and have just renewed our contract with them as they have been brilliant. Friendly helpful staff took us through the initial process and the renewal was very straightforward, and great rates too! Would recommend.

A very helpful company with courteous sales staff who explained everything clearly and answered all our queries. The deal was just right for our needs too, thank you!

The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional and easy. Good prices and great service

very helpful sales person, excellent rates, very easy to deal with, very pleased.

Everything happened as discussed, Got terminal quickly & everything is running smoothly. It runs through the router (unlike my old one), so no interference whilst using the phone at the same time. And I am saving some money. Happy days.
