Wish I had read more reviews before using this service. Bought a gift card for a child's birthday and opted to 'send now' on the day of his birthday. 24 hours later and I am still waiting having chased it up...with no specific timeline given as to when they will finally get around to sending it. I don't care if there are extra security issues that 'may come up'. Seems to be the standard excuse for taking money and not producing what has been promised. I strongly advise others to buy elsewhere.

Ordered a e gift card yesterday for a birthday have not received the confirmation email that it’s been sent or the tax invoice stayed on hold for 15 minutes then the recording said they are busy and just hung up I have also emailed and I am on hold again not happy

Terrible, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Over 48 hours later & the gift card hasn't been received by the recipient. No reply to emails and I've now been on hold 20 minutes to try and get a refund. Prior to purchasing it says nothing about "reviewing purchases" which I find odd given it's only payment options are via debit or credit card.

I bought a gift card
I bought a gift card, was emailed advising it was rejected due to fraud concerns - I am buying this for a colleagues farewell gift. Then tried again, now it’s been over 24 hours with still no confirmed gift card. Called up the helpline and waited for over 30 mins, automated message said no operators were available. Also put in an online query with no response yet, very frustrating. I’m meant to be providing my colleague with the gift soon as they are leaving……

My experience
Was really easy to do but out of the two $5 gift cards I purchased only one was received. I sent an email to try and get the other one fixed but I haven’t had a reply back. Other then that miner issue great service, so happy there is loads of options for the gift cards

These are a great idea
These are a great idea. So many different locations to use them at -just place the digital card in your phones wallet and the timeframe to use them is lengthy. I first received one as a gift from work and now I send them to friends and even store up with fuel cards myself when I have some spare cash . I once had one that didn’t load properly but it was so easy to make contact and get it reloaded again.
