I’ve used a few different gift card sites, but I keep coming back here because it’s just... straightforward. No jumping through hoops or weird checkout glitches. It’s nice to find a site that actually works the way it’s supposed to. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a $300 E card yesterday
I bought a $300 E card yesterday, for an email it was processing but after 2 hours and no card, I logged a support ticket which I thought would hurry them up, but while I slept so 10 hours later they sent a cancellation notice with no reason. The final straw was them sending a self promoting haven't we done a good job getting you the card. Never again will I use this company.

We take the security of our customers incredibly seriously, this does mean that some orders can be pulled aside by our system and they then require a manual review before we can send them, which can take up to 48 hours to review.

Was a simple process to purchase the gift card. A little more expectation management of timeline for delivery of the card, especially when it's a digital service offering and "should" be done very quickly.

Do NOT buy from this company, there is no reason they should delay delivery of any electronic gift cards after immediately taking money from your bank account. Even after waiting 24hours - NOTHING! If you want to make sure a gift makes it on time, buy from another company. Card.gift you are the worst.

Fast and easy with great gift ideas.
I find card.gift to be the easiest way to send family and friends gifts for any occasion.
There are may options to choose from a specific retailer or a simple 'his' or 'her' gift card for a variety of stores.
On the card.gift website there is a specific email address should you have any enquiries and I've had quick and helpful responses there too.

What a gear service, I received the visa gift instantly to my mail then added to apple wallet. I use it whenever like a normal credit card.

Comfort of knowing was there
The experience was wonderful as the communication was great. As soon as I purchased, I received an email, which gave full details how the gift card would be processed on the next business day. Then I received another email when the gift card was delivered! My sister was so happy! Thank you

Easy to navigate and quicker process to purchase compared to other similar sites. It did take a fair few hours possibly 4 plus for the card to get to my emailed, i understand because of fraud which was annoying but understandable,

Card emailed 2 days after confirmation
Card emailed 2 days after confirmation. Too late for the event it was meant for. Then I find out it has to be validated by the receiver, who is not tech savvy and can't do it. Plus it expires after a certain amount of time and I'm getting spam emails. Absolute disaster from start to finish.
