The course was good and beneficial
The course was good and beneficial. I would recommended including videos in the content though.
The course I did was dog first aid, CPR and grooming. Whilst the course described how to do CPR, there was no video to demonstrate this.

I have completed this course, level 3 Safeguarding Children & vulnerable Adults a number of times now as part of my CPD. I had to contact the company to access my certificate and transcript, Hares Abdullah was extremely helpful and professional assisting with this query.

The modules were relevant and the quiz at the end is intended to evaluate what was retained. The issue with not knowing how to obtain my certificate was resolved within an hour. I will do training with them again.
