Following on from previous review.

Since the last review I am still waiting for this item that was promised free of charge for the inconvience. I was give three different dates when this item was going to be in stock however it took me ringing them to find out. The last time they told me the item was back in stock on the 9th of July its now the 18th and still no delivery or even an answered email. I'm really not happy. I've had to purchase twice the amount because they keep letting me down and have had to use night time ones during the day. All they have offered me is a single pack free of charge (yes I did get the refund eventually in the first place) which six pound isn't really any skin of their nose. Bet they won't replenish the night time ones as well through their incompetence, as I've had to use them during the day as an emergency, not thinking they would let me down a 3rd time, but they have and they did. This is how good customers get treated. What's the plan now then I ask?

I've used this site several times when getting supplies for my Granddad and out of 6 orders only once have I been given the correct order or not had to follow up with a phone call (I should have learnt my lesson sooner!). My current situation with them is, I placed an order on the 4th April - I received part of my order by the 25th of April (which is a ridiculously long time when you are ordering CARE SUPPLIES) and its now the 3rd May and I and still waiting for the remainder. I've been hung up on twice when calling, I've not received any information on when I will get the supplies and its beyond a joke! Would never use them again and would not recommend this site to anyone caring for a loved one. If its not hard enough being a carer - having to argue to get what you've paid for and been promised is ridiculous - they are not luxury goods were ordering, these are things necessary when caring for someone but each time I've called the staff have been less than sympathetic to the issues being caused by the constant delay!

Thankfully not a large item or £100’s of pounds!!

Different excuses on why my item not been dispatched and was told don’t know when it’s going to be dispatched.
Requested immediate refund not processed so raised with PayPal as thankfully I paid via PayPal!!!

I tried to make an order before Xmas and the person i spoke to was very unhelpful so ended up not ordering. I then sent an email to them asking for their response to how I was treated and about the order I tried to place. So far 1 month on and still no response. I have even tried calling 3 times but it never gets answered. Not a good way to run a business in my opinion. Update- 3months later 2emails sent and still no response

Not impressed. I ordered an adjustable table but when it came to payment I was told on both attempts that they wouldn't accept my card. To me that meant my order was null and void and I subsequently ordered elsewhere. To my surprise last week I received the table. I never received any indication that it was ordered and or any notification that it was on its way.on the other hand the order I placed elsewhere I immediately received an acceptance of my order plus details of delivery. What I fail to understand is my payment was refused twice, how come it was acceptable but no indication from this one-eyed set up. Definitely not the way to encourage future business. Incidentally I also sent an email on the day of delivery and not one person in that so called company has had the decency to reply. I rest my case.

Good service

Although I have Cerebral Palsy I actually purchased this to give to a care home where my mother lives in a Dementia unit - the residents walk around with zimmer frames and the legs make a horrendous noise scraping on the floor and with them wandering up and down all the time it is very distracting for everyone. I thought these might deaden the noise. Unfortunately because the frames were given by OT the home have to get their permission before using them for health & safety reasons!

Everything I buy from you is fantastic, the pull up pants are great size wise, the new knickers I have just bought are very comfy and do what I want them to whilst out and about with out with out the feeling that people know what I am wearing.

I was disappointed with my last order nobody informed me there was some items not in shop. I would like to think people would be informed if their order was going to take longer than normal.

Very simple transaction and the product fully matched its description. The website is well laid out and items grouped logically.

Their 'short' walkng sticks are NOT short. Be careful when orderriog. Nots suitable for people shorter than 5ft.

Getting the correct products at the best price is important that they have provided this for me over the past year. Delivery has been a little slow and had to chase some orders but sorted as soon as contacted them.
