Ordered 2 cases of an item and had less delivered than offered, helpline said its not their fault but mine for not reading it properly.
After taking 2 screenshots and e-mailing them TWICE they sent a reply and delivered the missing items.
1 Star lost due to staff member on phone being semi-rude
