For the items I ordered I found satisfaction

For the items I ordered I found a satisfactory amount of info on a website that is like an actual shopping experience.The bench seat and bath mat are being used with confidence, ordering, paying and transit of parcel were quick and smooth. Only quibble would be the packaging - It was twice the size that it needed to be and as I live in a 1st floor flat there was an awkward transit. You deal in odd, often heavy items and I would urge Care Superstore to give a little more thought to their packing. But overall.......a good experience.........thank you. Kate McDonald

Cutlery to accommodate my arthritic finger

I ordered a set of cutlery to accommodate my arthritic fingers. I have now had an opportunity to try them out and yes, they do just what I needed. My only criticism is that where the mouldings join, there is a ridge which I found was a bit sharp, but a scrape with a finger nail emery board soon smoothed it. I will be more than happy to shop there again as they do seem to have an extensive range,

Purchased a Pick-Up Reacher which had …

Purchased a Pick-Up Reacher which had to be assembled before use!! Impossible for some who require this type of aid, without help from someone else. Surely this could have been done before despatch?

Great product....but....

Great product, timely despatch; only negative was that I did not get an email confirming my purchase so had to phone to confirm.
