Bought to replace a previous pair and although the exact same style, they were much smaller.
The company would not provide any compensation as I had worn them once.
Do NOT consider them to be customer focussed.
Would not recommend and will never use them again.

As mentioned in my email, the pair you recently purchased was an updated version of the style you had previously bought. Although the main features stayed the same, there were a few small design changes which may have affected the fit and sizing compared to your older pair.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were expecting them to fit the same as before. Unfortunately, as the shoes had been worn and the original packaging had been disposed of, we weren’t able to accept them back in line with our returns policy.
We’re really sorry for the disappointment caused and do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Really recommend this company, the boots I ordered were very good quality but unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them. Easy return and refund no hassle. I will be purchasing from this company in the future.

Fantastic sale!
Bought ankle boots online. Great sale price. Decided on click and collect. Only problem I had was while I got an email saying the boots had been dispatched, I didn’t get an email saying they had been delivered to the store. However the staff in the shop were extremely helpful.
