Happy with carpet and quick turnaround to get carpet installed. Had installers come back out twice to repair seems which still not happy with. More less I got that's the way it is can't do nothing else. Left message for supervisor and manager no return calls back.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He seemed interested in helping us above the sale or commission he could get. The install went well. The installers were professional, friendly and skilled. They did a good job and provided service greater than what the contract called for.

All of there designer's are great to work with and are very experienced and no there products.

We love our carpet! Everything about the experience from choosing through installation went better than expected. Would definitely recommend Carpet One.

The carpet I chose was sold to me as being top quality and the sample certainly felt nice in the store. Once installed, I'm not sure it was even the same stuff since it feels low quality and I have serious doubts as to how long it will last. Since I plan to move in the next year or two, I don't care that much, but if I were shopping for quality carpet to last for years, I would not go there again. As for installation, I've seen better jobs. My stairs look funky in areas and the corners of the carpeting are easily pulled up by my cat. that being said, everyone I worked with at the store and in installation were friendly and prompt.

I want to thank Carpet One for their cooperation and installation of my new carpets. They look great.
My only complaint is that where the tack boards are beneath the carpet, when you step on that area, you pick your feet.
This is not a problem near the walls, but near the closet where you often stand in your bare feet to pick out clothes, or near the edges where you move from one room to another.

Had kitchen floor replaced, high quality workmanship, friendly installers, Salesman in store was great helping us pick out the floor. Couldn't have had a better experience. We love our new floor .

A representive came talked to me and took measurements. That was weeks ago. Never heard from anyone again.

After being specific as to what we wanted in the carpet, it was not what we had asked for after it was installed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with our salesperson, who did not recall our asking for a pile that did not show foot prints. I was told they would make adjustments, but not without extra charges and they WOULD NOT MAKE ANY COMPENSATION ON THE PRICE IF THE CARPET. There was a very strong smell for three weeks after installation, which we were told there would be none. I cannot in good conscious recommend their services again.

Top notch company. Although we did not do business with Carpet One, they provided us an estimate and would have been very pleased to have used them for our hard wood flooring needs. Everything was very professional and from the initial contact all the way to the point we informed them we were going with someone else.
