The flooring experts at Emerson Carpet One were great! Answered all our questions and got it done right.

We enjoyed the in-store experience. Liz was friendly and helpful. We were happy to have her come to our house to measure, also. The only trouble we had was being told it would take three days, then suddenly, when the installers arrived, it all had to be done in one day. It ended up working out because my husband could get home to move furniture, and I am glad it is done. It looks nice.

Looked at numerous carpet stores and home improvement stores for tile and carpet. Carpet One had the best quality for our budget. Carpet installer was courteous, careful, and cleaned up after himself. Only place I recommended my parents to go to and they were just as pleased.

We were pretty stressed out after experiencing some major damage in our house after a plumbing pipe leaked while we were out on vacation. Several different floors were ruined. We called Carpet One and they got right on it. They ripped out our old carpet and hardwood and replaced all this flooring better than new. All the installers and staff at the store were all very helpful and easy to work with. They turned a real stress into a very positive experience. We love our new floors!
