Our carpet is outstanding. However, the customer service was even more outstanding. Mr. Emerson worked with us to explorer all our flooring option. He was most interested in making certain we were happy with our selection. I would definitely return!

Your installer did great but the driver who delivered the flooring hit my mailbox and his company has not paid for the repairs that were thoughtfully made by your installer.

Salesman, Ken McDonald, was wonderful, showed samples, told me about care of floor, what would look best. Answered all my questions, had
a real good feeling.

Had installed before I moved in so it would make it easier. When I returned
the only piece of furniture (couch) had so much floor dust that I had to call
cleaner, room had not been dusted, around the room, floor board were not caulked or stapled, floor has seams that really stand out.

Very pleased with all aspects. Started with free measurements, visited showroom where salesman could not have been nicer or more helpful. Delivery and installation were on time, high quality and very professional.

1; the sales person did not fully explain what the finished product would look like. We were shown one sample of alabaster oak, but the finished floor displayed a variety of colors that was not what we expected.
2. scheduling was confusing, Got a date of delivery and was prepared for the installer only to find out a day later after waiting and not hearing from anyone that the flooring was back -ordered. compensation was acceptable.
3. installer was sent out to make changes to the flooring to eliminated some of the unsatisfactory sections but we refused his service because he gave me the impression that he was not satisfied with the idea of making the changes. It appeared that he was more concerned about his schedule of an upcoming job that was going to cause him to be late, So I told him to just leave and we kept the flooring that is in place.

Our Sales Lady, April Scott provided excellent guidance and expertise in assisting in selecting the right carpet. The installation team was on time and demonstrated their talents and experience in the installation of the carpet and Antwon did an outstanding on repairing the cracks in our master bath tile.

Accurate estimate. Workers showed up when they promised (actually - they were early!). Excellent job installing the floor. (19 ft by 13 ft - with NO seems - that's what I LIKE!) Looks great. Thank you.

The carpet came in within a few weeks and we were able to schedule a convenient time for the install. They were also very helpful in helping to arrange a fix for a small rip in our vinyl floor on the same day. This way we were able to limit the cost of the repair.

I was pleased with the carpet, but the installation took 3 days instead of 2 because the installers only worked from 9:00 to 12:00 and then from 1:30 to 3:30. I had to take an additional day off of work because these guys don't work a full day like everyone else.

After reviewing options for a flooring job, I chose carpet one because their reputation and willingness to perform the job the "right way" even though I had other quotes who would do the work for less. I saved the money by doing the demo work myself down to the subfloor.
When the day came for the floor to be installed, nobody showed. When we called, we discovered that our products were not ordered and we were not on the schedule. It took several weeks to get one of the two products in, so we lived on the subfloor in the meantime. On the new date of installation, the crew arrived, but a tool needed to cut the brick was at another site and was not available until several days later causing another delay.
All in all the work got done though a month late. We are happy with the end result of the work, some minor mistakes in installation were corrected on later installation dates. The main problems we had were with having to delay moving into the bottom floor of our house for a month without really having any communication or explanation as to what was happening. Mistakes happen all the time, but the lack of correspondence made it difficult to deal with and continues to make it difficult for me to recommend carpet one to others.
