This company is dodgy to say the least. They don't have a physical address, they NEVER answer the phone, they have fake google reviews, they don't except cash and you're not allowed to watch them while they work. What a JOKE!

I just had a side mirror fixed with this company. Joe was able to quote me and organise a scheduled time for the following day. Although my technician Syad couldn't make the first time he was able to prioritise my job for the next day and arrived on time as promised. Syad was a very efficient young man and did a great job. had a booking with Ella and agree to come on the comfirm date, since "technician" was late
my booking which was at 8:00am, get a message at 8:40am saying technician will be there at 1pm,
had to book other time which was today at same time,
came 30mins late and I missed his calls twice, sounded so annoyed that he couln't get in to my apartment cause there is a construction site next to our apartment.
he could've wait infront of my garage and ring our apartment unit,
When i accept his call he offered me to cancel the job, so i did
very unprofessional, his like a person that i never want to leave my car to, poor attitude

Quick, easy and professional
Give Julian a pay rise lol because he did a quick and easy job on my broken side mirror. Considering it was raining and we were outside with an umbrella helping him (we didn’t mind doing this) it was a professional and in a timely manner experience.

Very poorly run business model
I read the poor online reviews prior to engaging this company yet still proceeded so i am the silly one. They are extremely unreliable with timing and the excuses were always that some unexpected delays occurred etc. I was enticed by the competitive pricing however the hassle was not worth it.

Don't Waste Your Time ☹
Initially tried calling Car Side Mirrors. Text response twice was Thank you for calling Car Side Mirrors, I am just on another call. I provided via text car make and model, postcode and photo of damage. I needed the whole mirror assembly. I provided Vin. Joe provided quote $610 installed plus $110 for new painted cover which I agreed to, booked in and I provided address. Joe confirmed genuine parts are sourced using Vin. Following morning I received a text from Austin advising part looked wrong after ordering with Vin. After checking, advised part from Mazda will be $1,300 + $110 for new painted cover. I responded by saying that we had agreed to quote the day before and it's not our fault. We knew we could go to Mazda direct but thought we would try Car Side Mirrors. What a waste of time. I provided Vin, details and photos and then received a quote and it was booked in. I even rescheduled a service to fit them in. My family and I won't be using them ..ever.

Waste of time
Initially started off with great communication and the price quoted was fair. The “technician” didn’t arrive and I received a text message saying they had been in an accident, so understandable. After this it went downhill.
The job got moved to a Saturday for 8:30am, on Saturday at 9am I received a text saying the “technician” wouldn’t arrive until 10:30am - 11:30am. At 9:20am I received a missed call and a text saying he had arrived, but I wasn’t at home as I wasn’t expecting anyone to arrive until 10:30am. So I called the number on the website ( which was never answered no mater what time I called ) received a text saying the “technician” had gone to another job and will call me to arrange coming back. They called at 8:30pm to say they would come Sunday, so a full day wasted.
The “technician” arrived 1 hour late on Sunday. After 30mins of working on it they told me that the wrong part had been sent and the mirror couldn’t be fixed. He put the old mirror back on, which was now broke more than when he arrived. No one contacted me to say what was happening, so I text them and told me they would be in touch when the new part arrived. Over 2 weeks later and no one has contacted me.

Fast but not professional
The service was fast and punctual, but the installation had some issue (e.g. the cap was not installed professionally- there’s a gap between cap and mirror). There’s also writing on the mirror (stock number perhaps) which were not removed during two visits.
