Worst service ever…
I have handed over the car to service who recommended by them on Feb 19, 2024. And until now my car is garage. When i follow up with car simple, i dont receive any proper response from them. Even after two months they are waiting for diagnostics information?!. Dont even bother about the customer how they feel the problems. No ethics!! This warranty service is kind of scammer.

I am disappointed to see your review as we provided another update just yesterday regarding your claim. As you are aware the issue with your vehicle is a serious one and we are unable to validate your claim until the repairing agent, which was not nominated by ourselves, provides the information we require to proceed.
Absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money. The car dealer I bought a car off gave us this 12 month warranty and it will find
a way to not cover the problem. Stay clear!

Since buying my car 6 months ago it’s been broken 3 times and currently broken for the 4th time. Car simple have been so understanding, cooperative, and helpful. Their team is quick and responsive and have done their best to make the process as quick and easy for me as possible. I have been so lucky that I took out my warranty with them as I was able to use the warranty for towing and to get some money back for fixing the car each time. They are available on the phone/ email to answer questions. I am really happy with every interaction I’ve had with them and I recommend their service to anyone who’s looking at taking out a warranty for their car.
