Fast delivery. As a pro detail company we are always evaluating different products to use day to day. Diamond cut 3000 and the final finish compounds are amazing. Very good working time, low dust easy to wipe. Will definitely consider this brand to feature in our new YouTube channel.

Shocking
Spent just shy of £900 on a kranzle that doesn't work right. Issue right from the off. Contacted Cartec.. to which i was given directions to potentially fix the issue myself.
I said I wasn't comfortable to do that and didn't have confidence in the unit...
It's now been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard a resolution..
I've lost money and work due to there incompetence to resolve and issue.
I even suggested swapping the unit for a lesser unit.. no response.

Great service as always, even had a phone call about packaging that had been rejected by a customer but assured the product was in full working order, the packaging was damaged but had no affect on the product as i was told, 5 star as always

Wanted to test the quality…
As someone who does a lot of polishing with expensive equipment I wanted to test Cartec. My shopping experience was good and service, I.e. delivery, was really good. The products are expensive but, I can see the quality and therefore am happy to pay for that performance. Will continue to use.

You have got to try this product
I used the Refinish Starter Set (3000+9000+12000) and finished off with Waxcoat Carnauba High Gloss Protection
I have tried many different brands and I can say the Cartec products are the best I’ve used. Excellent product and customer service. Highly recommended
