Poor customer service and woeful delivery.
I can’t review any of the products I ordered because after 7 days of waiting the “48 hour delivery “ hasn’t turned up, par for the course with Yodel.
I can review customer service tho and it is appalling. CS pick and choose what emails, questions or queries to answer. Even when they tell you to contact them the following day if order hasn’t turned up and they will chase it, yeah right more like tell us and we’ll ignore you.
I have requested a refund 3 times now, but again ignored.
If it ever turns up it will be returned unopened.

Good product and good price but…
Good product and good price but communication on the delivery was not very good at all. We are so bought a second one after that and the communication was still not very good on our purchase apart from that all good.

Very well laid out website making it…
Very well laid out website making it easy to find what you want. Delivery is spot on, never had any problems. The product is that good I use this on my '65 E-type and the finish is out of this world, from the wheels to the roof.
