I bought a Brother cartridge but thought it was the wrong one as it didnt seem to fit. I used their telephone customer service and immediately talked to a local expert. He explained that the Brother system comes in 2 halves and only the ink bit got sent out. I understood and used it straight away. So excellent prompt service

It is so important to get prompt and polite service, and to let retailers know how thankful you are for the service provided. I had difficulty in obtaining Epsom ink as covid had put a stop to my research. Cartridge Right is only a small premises but they provide a larger service than at first meets the eye.

Easy to use website, very swift delivery. A great experience.

Website info was unclear on re-filling but the person on the phone was very helpful and explained. True to their word, refilling was turned around very quickly and so far the ink seems indistinguishable from the manufacturers own.

Unfortunately the cartridge arrived without a chip. I have emailed Dan on customer service , sent photos . Dan was gong to send me a replacement but i received nothing. On emailing back to see where the replacement was I was told HP would not have sent a cartridge out without a chip and that as there was no chip on the cartridge that was down to me!!
Why would i remove a chip stuck on to a cartridge resulting in it not working !!
Unfortunately the 30 day moneyback guarantee does not appear to be happening.

The chip is still on the old cartridge - i sent photos of both old cartridge with chip and new cartridge without chip to Dan as soon as yours arrived.
i have now re ordered off FP Franking direct. Accusing me of removing the chip from the new cartridge to stick on the old cartridge which is empty hence the purchase of a new cartrigde is bonkers . I am a 55 year old company director ! Your money back guarantee on the website is just words !!!

If I could give this company -5 stars I would. I purchased an ink cartridge from them and paid £5.95 for next day delivery. After 4 days I contacted them explaining I had never received the cartridge and was about to go on holiday and now did not require the cartridge anymore. I was told they would sort it out. After returning from our holiday the cartridge was delivered, I contacted them again and was told to return it with Royal Mail tracking service and they would refund me my invoice and the postage cost. After tracking the delivery it was now obvious I was not getting a refund, after 2 emails and many phone calls I got my refund minus the return costs. Every time I called them the manager was on a day off or had left early. Eventually I got an email explaining my return was outwith their terms and conditions even after me contacting them explaining I had never received it before going on holiday. The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is awful and mannerism on emails was shocking.

My second order from cartridge right and everything was perfect, my order was shipped out and came so quick and everything with in perfect condition. Love the extra treat they gave too
