Ink cartridges
Delivery of the products was fine however one of the black cartridges I put in the printer didn’t work. So I’m out quite a bit of money. How can I get my money back on the black ink cartridges?

Their service is atrocious
Their service is atrocious. They didn't respond to my message regarding an order until it was too late. If they had helped me, I would have bought 3 more cartridges from them. I found much better sources for genuine HP cartridges. I don't think I'll ever buy from them again.
