CartridgesDirect Opiniones

Great service and very fast and reliable communications. A friendly company to deal with. I always go back to CartridgesDirect when looking for printer ink, despite offers from competing companies. Always friendly with competitive and fast service.

Cartridges Direct chose to recycle a cardboard box for my order of over $200 without properly removing a previous address. As a consequence the parcel made several trips from Melbourne to Sydney and back again. There was a significant delay. Your help was useless.
In the end, I had to track down an Australia Post phone number and the employee manually removed the parcel from the automatic direction handling system.
All of this I verified with photos with your people. I might have expected a discount voucher on future orders but NO compensation of any kind has been offered. I will not use your system again.

stop shelling your products more than the retailers

Happy with buying from Cartridge Direct. Fast postage, quality products/

Easy to navigate website and good payment options. Delivery is usually very quick. I have been using Cartridges Direct for many years now and find their prices reasonable compared to some other retailers.

Excellent service from Marc, who patiently answered all my questions before purchase. The printer arrived promptly, was simple to set up, and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

I ordered what I thought was toner cartridges but ended up being drum units. This was because the website was confusing and searching for toner cartridges brought up drum units as well as toner units and they were not identified as drum units. That aside they were very helpful about returning the items and getting what I wanted - also not readily found by searching. I ended up a long time without a printer because of the slowness of mail but they were very helpful.

Good products and pricing delivered quickly.
Thanks

I work for a health not for profit and reached out for a discount on Thermal paper. Shane followed up for me, and we got a 5% discount. Every bit helps! Now I need to sort something out for AA batteries for medical equipment, any takers ;-)

Good prices and super fast delivery. It's always a good shopping experience with Cartridges Direct.
