One thing I can say Great team and very good communication!

Even though i was skeptical whether to do this alone or via a local dealer, the whole process was easier than expected! From day 1 communication with sales managers and after the final payment with the logistics department was excellent! They guided me and answered every single question. The vehicle arrived in CY in excellent condition! I would totally recommend and for sure i would choose to cooperate with CARVECTOR again.

I recently bought a Mercedes with the support of Carvector, and my experience was overall very positive. Tim and Christine were assigned to me, and they did an amazing job! I was informed about everything throughout the process – from the buying details and sales statistics of several cars to the final shipping updates. Their communication and professionalism were excellent.

One important thing I’d recommend to future buyers: make sure to calculate the full transport costs including taxes, as the final price for a Japanese import might not be much cheaper than buying locally. In my case, I also had to fix some things like the cabrio roof (not opening/closing automatically), suspension, and wheel bearing – so keep that in mind when budgeting.

While I was happy with Carvector’s service, I was disappointed with the auction and previous seller. The maintenance book, spare key, and manual were promised but never delivered, as the previous owner couldn’t find them. Carvector did try to help resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed.

All in all, I can definitely recommend Carvector, especially Christine and Tim for their outstanding support and customer care!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your service. My initial inquiries since last Tuesday were ignored for about 5 days. When I was finally contacted by Victor on Sunday. He promised to follow up but has been silent since. I have sent follow-up messages via WhatsApp, which he has read but not responded to. This repeated lack of communication is very unacceptable since I was interested in making a purchase. You can only get 1 star for this service since I cannot give less.

Everything was very good, I am satisfied with the service and enjoy my car, from Japan to Cyprus. Thank you!

Покупал через CarVector спортивное купе — рассматривал Toyota GR86 или Subaru BRZ. Для меня это был первый опыт покупки автомобиля с японского аукциона, поэтому изначально было много вопросов и сомнений. Хотелось понимать каждый шаг, быть уверенным в процессе и избежать неприятных сюрпризов.
С самого начала я работал с Константином и Тимом. Они оказались крайне профессиональными людьми, которые терпеливо и подробно объяснили все тонкости аукционов: как проходят торги, какие есть особенности по комплектациям и состоянию автомобилей, как рассчитываются расходы и как устроена доставка. Общение было спокойным, без давления, и всегда с готовностью помочь разобраться в любых деталях.
После этого мы начали поиск нужного варианта. Константин и Тим постоянно были на связи, присылали подходящие лоты, комментировали их, объясняли различия и нюансы. В итоге удалось выиграть аукцион по очень привлекательной цене, даже ниже, чем я ожидал изначально. Автомобиль по аукционному листу числился полностью без повреждений — и в таком же отличном состоянии он прибыл на Кипр.
Отдельно хочу отметить менеджера Кристину. Она быстро и профессионально подготовила все документы, отправила их заранее по DHL, благодаря чему у меня было время спокойно организовать встречу груза и подготовиться к оформлению. Это сильно упростило процесс и добавило уверенности.
Весь путь от выигрыша на аукционе до получения автомобиля занял около трёх месяцев. Всё это время у меня был доступ к приложению для отслеживания судна, и я каждый день мог видеть, где находится машина. Это приятно дисциплинировало ожидание и позволяло чувствовать контроль.
В итоге я получил автомобиль в идеальном состоянии, полностью соответствующем аукционному листу. Никаких скрытых проблем, сюрпризов или неприятных моментов — всё честно, прозрачно и профессионально.
CarVector оставил исключительно положительное впечатление. Здесь работают люди, которые действительно разбираются в своём деле и уважают клиента: всё объясняют, помогают, сопровождают и поддерживают на каждом этапе. I am due a refund of the deposit after many attempts to get an answer all staff are incompetently not replying.

Frustrated from the start. First I left a review of bad customer service from salesman now the whole team a failing to return my deposit. I would advise everyone not to use this company.

The person who I am messaging is called Dusty who is my salesman.

And I also messaged Olesya who is a quality manager. They both promised to say will be refunded. After many messages kept getting ignored even though they said it would be refunded by now
