I am Andreas Christo from Cyprus. I ordered my car Mazda cx8 2021 before around 2.5 months , and finally arrived before 3 days. Everything was more than perfect. Hello! My name is Vitaliy.

I had experience in delivering a car using the carvector company.
I bought a 2015 Toyota Prius from Japan to Ireland.
I conducted all negotiations with manager Victor. He was very professional and explained exactly how the purchase happened.
I made an advance payment and started choosing a car.
At the selection stage, Victor was constantly in touch and gave tips on the choice.
About a few weeks later the car was won, I paid the rest of the amount. Then I continued working with a car delivery manager, whose name is Christina.
Christina sent me a photo of the purchased car and booked a place on the ship that delivered the Car from Japan to Ireland.
During the delivery process, Christina informed me about the stages of delivery, the location of the ship with the car, as well as the approximate date of delivery to the destination port.
At the same time, Christina prepared all the necessary documents and sent them to me by mail.
The car was delivered to Dublin. When inspecting the car, I found that the car had been used very carefully, some parts of the interior and trunk were in
original packaging, the car interior was very clean. The exterior paintwork showed minor signs of use.

The conclusion I made.
The guys who work in the company are professionals.
I was pleased with the car.
I will continue to order cars from Japan from this company.

From start to finish the help i received was excellent,from the lads looking after the purchasing side of things at the auctions to the logistics side of things were Christine looks after everything and is so helpful with anything you need and keeps you up to date with the shipping progress.From my experience i would highly recommend Carvector if you are looking to import a car from Japan.

Very unhelpful & unprofessional staff,

They refuse to send you photos of a cars
I am convinced they don’t want to make money. I was dealing with victor and he would not reply, I got in contact with mark who finally replied to me and point blank refused to send me any pictures or information on a car I was interested in, mark then proceeded to block me, not the kind of people you want to be sending money overseas to.

Bought two cars so far and all went as expected, will buy more cars for sure, thank you!

Я являюсь частным лицом и периодически приобретаю немецкие леворукие автомобили из Японии для своего удовольствия.
До сего момента за несколько лет мною были куплены 12 автомобилей через компанию конкурентов. В прошлым году я решил попробовать совершить покупки через фирму CarVector. На сегодняшний день мне удалось купить три автомобиля, два из которых я уже получил.
Что хотелось бы отметить? Страница все ещё оставляет желать лучшего (хочется более удобного поиска). Я надеюсь, что этот факт в скором времени поменяется.
НО, что намного важнее, это человеческий фактор и вот тут-то данной компании на мой взгляд нет равных.
Виктор, как менеджер всегда посоветует, поддержит информационной базой. А Кристина (ответственная за логистику) просто волшебница. Лично мне помогла очень сильно, когда возникли вопросы со стороны немецкой таможни.

Had great experience with this company so far. Managers were really helpful with that load of questions that I bombarded them with) The car arrived in the same condition as was stated in the auction list and the photos, no hindrance or trouble from their side. Totally would recommend!

Purchased two vehicles through Carvector and am pleased with both. Victor and Christine were very helpful throughout the process and were quick to get back to me whenever questions came up! If you're going to use them to buy at auction you will need to reach out and get your account set up to bid. It is not a last minute thing that you do quickly. If you do your research and understand the process and how the rating/appraisal system works, you can get a nice car at a good price. I'm searching for number 3 now!
