Cash App 

I allowed cash app to direct deposit my money and when the company deposited the money cash app didn't release the money to me hours later. Honestly at the end of February I will no longer continue direct deposit with cash app. I am very disappointed.

Algorithms and templates are the core of customer support. The give vague open ended responses and call it a resolution. Cancelling an incoming payment because something was "out of the ordinary." Is not a resolution. It is purely a subjective answer. When asked to elaborate, they repeat the same copy and paste info. they also tell you if you don’t like the resolution you can basically go screw yourself. so unprofessional, I’m not surprised why more and more retailers are not allowing consumers to use CashApp cards.

I was in the midst of changing jobs and banks. I've had cash app for years along with other online banks for times like this or convenience. My first pay came in a check cuz you don't get direct deposit till your second one and my new job I deposited this check on the cash app which I've done many times before over the years and I never had a problem now they decided to hold on to it for a week so my first check when I need it the most they decide to hold on it to it I deposited a week ago I still have not gotten the money from them

do not use this service. it is horrible experience lost 598.00 they have no idea where my sent money went. sent to myself to my bank. customer service bots same dumb canned excuses it is your problem not ours and essentially your money is gone.
Do Not Use this App. Period ...Never

Cash app seems to reward scammers. The dispute process is a joke. If there is no proof of good or services delivered.. no tracking or shipping info and no proof of delivery how do you decide the transaction was legit? I demand answers. Smh

Let's start with, I used to love this app. Now they will have something trigger your account, won't tell you what it is, allow people to pay you still but you can't touch it until their 4-5 day review this has happened way to many times to be a coincidence.It's very one-sided and you as the customer are automatically committing fraud until proven innocent. What a joke

Cash app is the one ripping and scammed people it has not been the same since they took the main ownership off this earth I done call so many times and ask why am I being targeted to the point I can't have account if they can't scammed your account they want let you have account and you ownership don't come on my review stated your fake A statement because I done call every problem I have and you block my account and tell me to access another one and then you play crazy like you not sabotaging the system towards certain individuals that's discrimination and depression.

There are the worst company I've ever dealt with my account got hacked a few times lost money and they didn't do anything about it then my card and phone got stolen and got charges and then I got denied my refund no more cashapp after 5yrs I suggest go somewhere else for a better experience

Okay, where do I start… I am currectly working for Cash App support and I’m doing this bcs it’s the right thing to do, Cash App is doing some shady business I can tell, small example: Some time ago (this year) Cash App announced to the customer support employees that we can NO longer reimburse the Business Account P2P fees (when you receive money from another person having a business account), and then TODAY June 2nd 2024, we are receiving TONS of calls from customers stating their accnts were changed to business without their consent and obviouy they were disputing the fees, the money Cash App took from their accnts, guess what? We are denying all of them. We haven’t receive any instructions of if this was a system issue and they are going to refund the money or anything else, but in the meantime we are denying all of those requests… and this is just a small example of what cash app is doing, among many other things… please Don’t Use Cash App

The app is very simple to use it isn't my bank account though that would be going to far for me the taxes service is what I used this year that was easier than I thought it would be

Denied dispute despite loads os supporting documents. I did not receive goods and although I sent loads of proof and supporting documents that the vendor turned out to be fraudulent Cash app continues to deny y Dispute. The vendor did not respond nor did they send any supporting documents and Cash app based their decision solely off of the charge in the account.

Same as other reviews that I read. I was scammed and Cash app denied my dispute saying that the transaction was completed although I have all the evidence in the world that it wasn't. I called cash app and the lady who answered told me that it would be reviewed further just to send me an email as soon as we hung up saying that there would be no further review and would not answer any further questions concerning the issue. Between cash app and Facebook I have to wonder if they're getting a kick back from the scammers. I definitely advise anyone to not trust cash app to protect you or your money. They definitely help the scammers though.

I was scammed several times trying to buy a product that I never received. I have documentation to support who to send the money too in addition to the excuses as to why I never did get the product. All the people I sent my bey to were reported as scammers through your app. Cash App is saying bc it’s a a completed transaction I’m not eligible for a refund. I I have proof and lies that I never got it. I’m owed close to $15k. I’m not giving up and I’ve even disputed through my bank. I’m not expecting everything back. Just something to show you care like at least half of that.

After speaking with cash app for months trying to get my cash and receiving this info from the business who refunded cash app my money. Cash App still refuse to give me my money. They just have me going in circles asking for the same information then denying me.. I have not changed my name I have not changed my number I have not changed my email address..
the only thing I did was close my account with cash app a year ago. Then I have to close community phones account after my parents death and they refunded me the money to an old cash app card. Cash App won't return my money. I have not changed my name I have not changed my phone number I have not changed my email and I have given them my cash app tag.
This issue has been going on for months! Here it is September and cash app will not return funds. Cash app chat support is a joke.. and customer service is rude
